Are you sure it's not just psyops?

I can utterly understand this. I've had telepathic communication with alien beings since the late 1990s/early 2000s. The first contact was with greys. I was reading some heavy material on ETs for about a week in my room and suddenly I looked across the room and saw a shadowy, whitish etherial image of a small 3 - 4 ft grey sitting on a seat watching me. Later as I sat reading more ET related material, I noticed a smallish, shadowy being standing at the base of my bed. I couldn't tell you what type of being this was but it was about 4 ft tall and dressed in a tight blue suit with a yellow belt and a yellow insignia badge. Nothing was said on either occasion telepathically. Greys contacted me again while I was on holiday in Miami alone in my room. They telepathically showed me images of many parts of planet earth, mainly scenic visions and energised me. It was a very pleasant experience, but I do know that there are many dangerous greys out there that abuse humans and other wildlife. Since then I've had telepathic communication with Duwaanis, Reptilians (mainly negative), Pleiadians - positive and negative contact, and other interdimensional beings whom we as humans have no name for! It seems that contact is becoming more and more frequent. The last time was only a few weeks ago. I find that if you are spiritually developed they are more likely to want to contact you for either positive or negative purposes.
