Quick question.

Are all e-cig batteries the same, similar fittings and out-put? Mine has died after about 12 uses.

If I buy one off eBay, will it be any good?

In case there are any PH Vapers that live within a decent distance:

The next Stafford meet for Midlands Vapers (and anyone else for that matter) will be as follows:

Date Monday 28th April 2014

Venue: The Sun Inn, Stafford (in the "back room")

http://www.thesunstafford.co.uk/

Time: 7pm til 11pm. The Sun does very decent food (and good ale)

We usually get around 15 or so people turn up who will share experiences, show their stuff and share juices...
Did anyone else read this with the voices of Donald and Jacqueline from Benidorm? smile

No.

Buy cheap, buy twice smile the ecigwizard ones seem holding up well for me. Have you cleaned the contacts on the battery and the charger?

Put it on the multi-meter, dead as a Dodo. The little light is alive on charge from the USB charger.

Sod it, getting a new one.

I thought mine were dead too. The contact in the middle moves slightly, try pulling it up a bit with a pair of tweezers, mine weren't charging because contact wasn't being made.

Been splashing out this month on various mech mods, tanks and different RBA/RDA's By a long mile.....this thing is the best so far!

Aspire Nautilus! Mine came with a cracked glass tank though so just swapped it for a stainless one and wow! Plumes & plumes of vapour!

Not the cheapest though, the aspire was around £25 posted plus £16 for the stainless tank but well worth it smile Wipes the floor with all my Kanger tanks!

This is the first time I've dropped into this thread and its not what I was expecting at all (I don't smoke). Just reading the past two pages and we have....

> Discussions around modifying
> Someone organising a meet
> A picture of what looks like a light sabre

It bought a smile to an otherwise dull lunch time smile

Snap!
I use the vamo V5 (top) with the Aspire as my out and about ecig, it's solid and very easy to fill so it's conveinient. The oddyssey VV w/oddyssey tank on the bottom stays at home because it's a little more fragile and harder to fill, but the flavour from it is second to none with the Boge cartomisers. The third tank is a TECC 30s but it's a bit of a disappointment - not a huge amount of vapour or a decent flavour.

I've gone through vivinovas, kayfun lights and various EVOD type tanks as well but you really can't beat the oddyssey tank for all round vapour quality.

(Good thread by the way, I've been following it for ages and it helped me get into the ecigs - not touched cigarettes in months!)

hehe you wouldn't want to sit on it awkwardly...all I'm saying!

Just been using it with my nemesis clone and its great smile

Are these heads Rebuildable like the Aerotank heads? Hope so....I don't think they last long so it could get expensive.

Thanks, it's a bit of a put together so not available all from the same source and other tanks/juices available etc, (I would rec'd a Kanger pyrex tank - as mentioned above - but you'll need a 510 to ego battery adaptor).

Limelight is the pipes, with a few different varieties - http://limelightmechanics.com/ The quality is top notch I have to say, very nice piece of wood finished very well (they do different finishes etc). Strange ordering/payment system, you end up paying someone else's paypal etc, but bear with it.

Tank is Vivi Nova (available many places) but it is on there just as it has a high capacity and was to hand. Other tanks are fit-able, maybe need a small adaptor depending. cloud9vaping.co.uk supplies a few good ones - me I prefer the pyrex ones.

Juice is 5 pawns Bowdens Mate, a nice mint chocolate, right up there with Dr Stanley Clarkes Snake Oil.

ETA: Oh, and of course you'll need the small rechargeable lithium battery and charger to go with it - cloud9vaping again is where I got mine but lots of vape shops stock them. Smaller size - 18350. I've cut down a lot on the vapeing (just naturally as I break my old smoking habits) so now 2ml of juice and the 18350 battery lasts about 3 days.

I've tried a couple of disposable e-cigs over the last couple of days, and I am pleasantly surprised.

I'm thinkig of ordering an eGo CE4 starter kit. However, I need to also order the liquid, which comes in 10ml bottles.

How many cigarettes does a bottle equate to?
