I do like the Aspire battery - not keen on the MVP's though - look really dated now for some reason, just my thoughts... will have a gander at that battery thank you!

Hi guys.... after a new battery.. want decent life and fairly large to match my Aerotank - Had a Vision Spinner 2 delivered at the weekend but is a clone - incorrect colour cycle on LED button and lasted less than 3ml of juice on 3.8v @ 1.5ohms! It had a sticker on it with scratch panel to check authenticity on Vision website and the code had been searched over 3.5K times...

SO... do i just get another Spinner 2 or is there something else around the £20 mark that is as good/better?

Cheers all!
Get the 1300mah one for £23.95:

http://www.vapeescape.co.uk/Vaping-Spares/Batterie...

Or go nuts for £36.99:

I'm an MVP 2 user (12+ months) and it's a fantastic piece of kit, but rather large and unwieldy for most.

You might want to try this

The VW as well as VV makes a massive difference. Plus it's pass through charging with a standard usb connection.

It's lovely! I've dropped from high nicotine content to medium in my juices because the high makes my head spin now - quality delivery system I guess. Currently on Grape Mint because I was getting a little addicted to the menthol "hit".

Batteries last a couple of days, tank lasts (well - it's not emptied yet - I keep it topped up and I get through about 5Ml of juice a week).

Looking for a spare atomiser/coil thingy at the moment but I have to state: very satisfied.

Also very useful for pointing disapprovingly at things I disapprove of - work mates think it's hilarious.
The Kamry K1000 is nice to hold and vape with. It just feels more natural than poking a tube at your mouth. Im surprised at the life you get out of an 18350 battery, I usually carry a couple of spares if im using an 18350 mod out and about.

Cheap stand http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00JMWDHI4/ref=...

I struggled finding spare coils and got them from ebay in the end, but Amazon have them. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kamry-K1000-Replacement-Co...

The mini Nautilus fits fine and I think it looks ok, you should try one. Nice to know something I recommended worked out for someone.

Vape mail today from myepack (highly recommended vendor)

Aspire Nautilus Mini

I kind of wrote Aspire off after the last Nautilus which to be honest was bloody awful and kept killing coils....but this ones very good!!! These BVC coils are miles better than the older BDC coils. Tons of flavour (not far off my Taifun for flavour!) plenty of vapour production and imo better than any of my Kanger tanks....even with the NV coils! (Never thought I'd type that!!)

Really REALLY good.....finally!!! beer

I haven't tried a BVC coils in the big nautilus yet but will later with the 1.6ohm head, some mixed reviews on this but we'll see how it compares.

Here it is on the Nemesis Mini (which is a 14500/14650 Mech Mod)

And next to a Kanger Aerotank Mini which I guess is its competitor from Kanger?

So a little bit thicker but the same length, the Kangers more for a EGO type battery though as its EGO threaded but you can get a EGO > 510 adapter so not a problem.

And then with the Itaste v3 & Vamo V5

Its pretty good on a mech mod and definitely useable, but really comes to life on a vv/vw device smile (To be fair...its excellent!!!!!)

Which is better? Early days, but right now the Nautilus. 100%.
More flavour/vapour and the airflow control is definitely better. Also has a much better seal so less chance of leaking. I'll probably get a stainless tank for this though, can't see it surviving a knock or falling over. On the Vamo/iTaste it really is very good and a HUGE step up from the cheap starter ego starter kits smile

If your struggling on a starter kit and thinking of sacking vaping then its worth spending £30/40 on this and I promise it'll be worth it wink

Biggest plus point on the Kanger is these NV coils are so easy to clean & re wick, plus cotton is cheap and a bag of cotton lasts ages, so if these BVC coils only last a few days (or hours) like the older ones it could get pretty expensive to keep swapping out coils if that's a concern?

So anyone thinking about either of these, I'd go for the Aspire if you don't mind shelling out on coils now and again for a better vape, or go for the Kanger which is almost as good but works out cheaper in the long run. Or just get both wink

I agree that the BVC coils in the Mini are way better than the BDC coils in the regular Nautilus.

Disappointingly, when I tried a BVC in my 5ml Nautilus, it still suffered from the same dry-burn problems.

Yeah seems very hit & miss. I bought a spare coil to try anyway, I wonder if it's to do with the base? I noticed my 510 pin doesn't come out flush on the big one, pops out at a slight angle so it's not flush with the connector.

2 weeks in (based on recommendations in this thread) with the Mini Nautilus and I'll echo the love for the mini and the BDC's. Bought using the eBay link further back in this thread - Aspire CF VV+ carbon black battery, charger, the tank with 1 coil installed and a spare in the box and 5 further BDC's for £49 delivered.

Cannot recommend it enough.

Wife is now off the smokes and onto my old Kanger eVod. She's doing well so far so planning to buy another of the above.

What adapter did you need to connect the nautilus to the Kamry pipe please? Was it a ego > 510 adapter?

Also do you think a Aerotank mini will screw straight onto it? Its ego threaded.

Thanks Dai

Hi All

Does anyone have any experience of the "V8 Areotank Dual Coil Clearomiser" by I-Joy? I currently use an Aspire Nautilus and have just dropped it!! luckily it didn't smash. As I'm in London I thought I could pop over to Covent Garden and get a spare tank from V-Revulsion and they seem to that tank in stock.

Cheers

The Kamry pipe is a 510 connector. It uses a little collar that comes with it. If you look at some of the review vids on Youtube you will understand.08[/footnote]
Here is a vid to show the connector. Have a look from 4:40

Who's a good cheap supplier of e-liquid? And is it worth mixing your own up?
I tend to go by flavour/quality rather than price but currently on The Gurner
http://www.vapemunki.co.uk/Gourmet_Range/cat226868...
I followed the recommendation for this site and ordered some juice Friday morning, from Vapemunki. This was at the same time that I ordered some kit from Epack. Epack delivery arrived Saturday morning. My confirmation that my goods had been dispatched by Vapemunki arrived at 4pm Tuesday afternoon (juice still not here on Wednesday). When I replied to the email pointing out the lead time in comparison to the competition wasn't brilliant. I got a reply that wouldnt have been out of place, from a two year old that had just had its arse smacked. I'm sure plenty of people have used them and had good service. I wont be using them again. Companies arent doing me a favour taking my money

They were closed for a week or two, 1st September was their first day back, there was a big notice on their front page. The message now reads "Customer Notice!!!! we are back from our holiday and are working through the backlog of orders, sorry for the delay, we will be back to our quick service times as soon as possible".

Possibly my fault for linking to the juice page rather than the front page.

You can reply to this posting in a few minutes. Yet you haven't replied to the email I sent twenty four hours ago. I'm confused you say "they" were closed and then "we" will be getting back to our quick service? My issue isnt over your service, its the way you handle customer gripes. A forum is quick to give feedback on good service. Its as quick to point out issues. I haven't been unfair I have only posted my experience of dealing with your company.I don't want things to be perfect, I've suffered two failings in as many weeks with my Protank. MyEpack however have responded quickly and resolved them. You took my complaint personally and spat your dummy out. Hence not wanting to deal with you again.

Its not my company which is why I referred to them. If you see where I wrote we it is within quote marks as I was quoting the message on their site.

And how do you explain "possibly as a result of linking to the juice page, rather than the home page"... which is actually a reversal of what happened???....As discussed yesterday

I did buy an adapter to try an ego threaded kanger mini protank 3. That is what shorted out on me and melted the hot spring under the battery. I just stick to the 510 tanks now.

Thanks mate, pretty keen to get one now and some decent pipe tobacco flavour e-liquid, but no idea which will be a good one? My Amphora pouch keeps winking at me to have a quick smoke frown I don't miss smoking fags one bit....but do miss the odd half hour chill out on the pipe with a glass of bourbon smile

I'm after one for my step dad aswel but want to give him a decent set up with a good tank fitted like the nautilus mini instead of what comes with the kit (doesn't need the full kit tank/battery/charger etc) just looking for the bowls on their own plus a nice 510 stem/drip tip to suit.

24 hours in with the Nautilus Mini, gone through 5 tanks of 20/80 PG/VG Thug Juice. No dry hits, no leaking/gurgling, every single vape has been bang on. Highly recommended if anyone's looking for a decent tank smile

Bit of a game changer this one! Sets the bar high for Kanger to beat imo smile

I think you are getting me confused with the company. I have no connection with them and do not believe I discussed this with you yesterday.
