Just ordered the 100ml variety bundle fron the Lancaster Steam Co, looking forward to trying them.
I would be interested to hear what you think of them. I have tried 3 different juices but only liked 2. HarryW said:
Gone with; little Moscow, Apple bobbin, bah humbug, the governor, the governess and boiled watter. I'll let you know.....
I tried Apple bobbin in a dripper, lovely. The Governor really nice lemon really strong flavour. Boiler Watter smells great but not vaped it yet.Boggart Breath is the one I wasn't too keen on.

Would an 80% VG juice work in the nautilus? Looking at Digby's DMC which is the thicker version of mums custard, really like the normal one so I'm sure a bigger cloud would be just as welcome
I've tried a different 80vg custard in my big Nautilus and tbh it struggles with it, coils clog up quickly. Mix it with some 50/50and it's no bother, great vapour. I'd suggest buying both DMCs and mixing them 20ml of 50/50 to 10ml 80vg for best results. Sway said:
Vodka or distilled water thins juices down really well - only need a very small amount. Mutes the flavour a little, so only use just enough to allow the atty to wick.
I find quite a few e liquids are too thick to wick well and are much improved by adding a drop of water.I don't use that posh distilled stuff though.

I think things are changing so quickly in the vaping world that the istick 20w and Nautilus mini are not the 'daddies' any more in their price range. The istick 30w or Sigelei 30w plus a kanger Subtank mini or nano will provide at least as good a vape/better build quality, if not better, for only a few pounds more. It'll also be more capable if you choose to sub ohm or get in to rebuilding (Subtank mini not nano)
Vaping is and has been rapidly evolving since about 2009.I started vaping in about 2011 and the newest shiniest thing then was a LavaTube and the atomiser du jour was a ViVi Nova.
It's a bit like phones. you can get an awesome amazing iPhone or android right now, or you can wait about 6 weeks and get a newer shinier upgraded version that does everything the old one did but has a bigger screen for less money.
To be honest I would still recommend either an iStick or an MVP or an SVD2 to new vapers above most of the rest of whats out there at the moment.
i) You are going to need at least 2 devices (one to use while the other is charging, and as a backup in case something breaks)
ii) it's better to start with easier to use simple tech and learn how it all works than to jump straight into a 30W device, with low resistance coils.
an iStick with a Nautilus or the cheaper Mini ProTank3 will give any new user a really good quality vape while they get the hang of stuff, and in the time it takes you to learn your way around whats what, then something even better is likely to be here by then.
If you're not a brand new vaper then the Kanger SubTanks are really good, though I'm not sold on the 30W iSticks. I'd rather wait for temperature control than just get bigger numbers, bigger isn't always better.

Long time no see Phil....did you get a whippet in the end.....
Toyed with the idea of vapping a while back, took the plunge in the xmas/ new year break, gone from 20 (read 30) Marlboro lights to zero overnight. The surprise is it doesn't bother me in the slightest if someone lights up besides me, tried all methods of giving up before and never been able to say that before.
Next step will be to reduce the nicotine content down, currently on 12mg, which given I seem to suckle on the stick a bit too much means I'm sometimes feel like I'm nicotine overdosing....
Good man - similar here. I still have the odd smoke with a beer but more habit and social reasons than for cravings - I can go several days whereby I don't touch the real things and I am content with that.Toyed with the idea of vapping a while back, took the plunge in the xmas/ new year break, gone from 20 (read 30) Marlboro lights to zero overnight. No whippet still my friend! Hope all is well at your end and regards to Tim et al. Won't be the same chasing your TVR down the road without having to dodge an errant fag butt as well as the potholes

Definately, put it this way I have 5
Thanks. Any particular model to go for? However I will be using the K1 as my daytime vape as it is smaller and lighter and im having a mod built that will hide it inside the battery case. Although it only holds 1.5 ml its pretty easy to unscrew and top up on the go. Carrying a 5ml bottle of juice to top it up is no problem.

Thanks very much for that. I'll order both mini and k1 and see what works. Appreciated.
They should both come with one coil fitted and a spare in the box, about 2/3 weeks worth of use for each tank depending how much you vape. When you order replacements you just need to note that the replacement coils are not interchangeable. The Nautilus coils work/fit in the 5ml and 2ml Nautilus but not the K1 and the K1 coils do not work/fit in the Nautilus tanks. This is the mod I am going to use my K1 with/in

I agree with a lot you say, however the coils in the Nautilus are more likely to get fried by a new vaper with a 20w istick, than a subtank nano's will with a 30w istick. The 30w istick also doesn't have chocolate 510 threads; comparing both setups, there's about a fiver difference in price but one has a lot better build quality. Temp control will be fantastic though when it gets to a reasonable price point, I see aspire are producing dna40 compatible Nautilus coils.
I have, this morning, just discovered Vaping Heaven after a year of faffing around with all sorts of gear - most of it gummed up, stopped working, too variable a result etc...
DNA40 with an Aspire Mini
supping some of Dr Stanley's finest Snake Oil at 12W.
Heavenly.
Huge thanks to everyone on here over the last year, you've been inspirational!

Bloody hell, wire is thin! I've just received an Igo-W, 32g Kanthal and a cheap version coiling jig (more like a rod). First step into RDAs, will have to see how it goes.
More than likely going to wait for the new MVP to come out before getting a replacement Mod, temperature regulating seems like the step forward, just can't at the moment justify that kind of expense! Until then I'll wrap to aim for 1.5ohms and just get some practice in.
Was sticking to UKECig's BlueCrush for a while but now that I'll (hopefully) have something to flavour chase, I can imagine I'll be spending a few quid on juices!
As an aside, anyone after US made juices (apparently they can be of higher quality), I recently read on Reddit that SpiritusVapes are stocking Bombies and Grizzly Vape which is held in quite high regard.

Assume you're using non resistance coils in the Aspire mini? If so, what temps are you running, and how do you find the vape?
Really keen to get a 'real life' review of how this new tech works - I'll go for it anyway due to the possible risk mitigation, but interested to see how excited/willing to spend dosh I should be!
Gti - let us know how you find the Snake Oil, if you really don't like it I'll gladly take it off your hands...
