What are the best sites to get nicotine free liquids... In particular flavoured ones like menthol of coffee?
The ones I've had from Liberty flights are pretty good. I used the apple one to dilute another, tastes great.

Like above I get my 0mg liquids from liberty.

You an also choose between Vg ang Pg so you can have a choice in 'throat hit' as well

Try a variable voltage battery and lower the voltage, it worked for my brother.

Sorry Cotty I don't remember if you said, what set up are you using, was it you with the visions and manual batt, i.e. no VV?

Let us know what happens with the VG please.

Worth considering, the new eGo Twist Variable Voltage Battery £21.95

Output voltage from 3.2V to 4.8V in 0.2V increments

I have had a look at Liberty Flights - the only zero nicotene ones I could find were fpr DIY mixes which I dont really want to do..

Do they do all ready made ones? If so do you have the link?

XO Tobacco - http://www.liberty-flights.co.uk/product.asp?id=10...
XO Chocolate - http://www.liberty-flights.co.uk/product.asp?id=10...

chap at work who I turned on to the sky cigs has had to give them up after nearly 2 weeks without a fag.

He's diabetic and his blood sugar went through the roof on them.

anyone else had this?

There are a number of diabetic vapers on UK Vapers - I'd suggest asking over there

Certainly feasible, particularly with VG. PG I have no idea about how it is metabolised so I wouldn't like to guess, but you're basically dealing with glycerol so I wouldn't be at all surprised

I have to admit im very close to giving up with the e-cigs. Adding the vapour myself is giving me terrible sts still. It was ok for a few days but its destroying my ring.

Ive got a weeks worth of cartridges from sky-cig and if they dont make me feel better ill be back on the fags which is a real shame as i really like the idea and it was working well for me.

Exactly what liquid are you using?

I used 100% PG then went on to 50/50 which was better I must admit. But far from being enjoyable.

Hello all. I had my last cigarrete before lunch and started on the newly arrived ego-T post lunch.
Went outside for a few puffs (steady!) now back at my desk and still feeling cravings.
I also felt a bit daft - but I'll come to terms with that.

I'm thinking that either I didn't have enough puffs, drags or whatever one calls them - probably only half a dozen, or I need stronger liquid. I'm on 18mg currently and smoke(d) 15 or so marlboro lights or rollies a day.

What's the knack for vaping? I'm nervous of hitting it too hard in case I turn green and throw up all over the place.
Any tips?

It could well be the flavouring/brand - what brand(s) have you used?
