I've got the cf sub ohm which is similar but has the in built battery, I'm happy enough with it, I've been using it at work with a Magma dripper and can't fault it....but this istick is in a different league. It's great! Nice to have one device that does it all so I'll just be taking the 20w & 50w isticks away with me from now on.

40w was ok for short burts but I prefer longer drags! I've knocked it down to 35 now and it's much better. Juice is some diy made Hawk Sauce 50/50. I'm setting a very low ohm dripper up later just to see how it is at 50w wink (first time I've tried it so will see how it goes!!)

Really impressed with this one, fits nice in the hand and the extra battery lifes great. All my attys sit flush....definitely recommended if anybody's thinking about one smile

Thanks for the reply! As I said i'm a fairly new to all this and just trying all the different types of juices and batteries and tanks, in fact I gave up the cigarettes around 6 weeks ago and I don't think that i've actually saved any money yet!

I think I'm a way off going dripper and self build yet. I have just got some good juices but am yet to taste any as I am full of a cold at the moment but looking forward to them when I do.

Flavour and juice wise I have just invested in some of the Lancs Steam Co flavours Boiler Water, Dipstick, Apple Bobbin, Governer, Tarts Tipple and Dipstick and I have also ordered some snake oil and a couple of the cosmic fog and suicide Bunny juices. I really can't wait to taste them and I'm definitely feeling better for being off the smokes!

Just hope that I am doing the best things to get the best flavours from my juice and not going in the wrong direction!!

Yeah just keep trying juices mate as there's hundreds out there now, what one person loves another might hate so just have a read through here or post what flavours you prefer and we'll post up what's been the nicest we've tried. There's some nice juices though so I think you'll be set for a while wink

For testing juices I use this, it's not brilliant but miles cheaper than wasting coils on different flavours

http://spiritusvapes.com/shop/hardware/aero-drippe...

I'd get either a nature vape Coil or one of Camy's coils for this though as you just have to dry burn the coil then rewick with fresh cotton (5 min job)

Initial set up costs may seem like you are not saving any money but once you have batteries, chargers, attomisers etc things should calm down. Most of the time I use a 20w istick with a Nautilus mini. I usually keep three Nautilus on the go at any one time with a couple of isticks, if I am chain vaping I find the Nautilus can heat up a bit so best to swap around, plus I can run a few flavours, so with that set up im just coils and juice. I buy the occasional mod but its a drop in the ocean to what I was spending on cigs.

If you have a cold I would suggest starting with Boiler Watter.

Out and about I usually take an Aspire K1 in my runt with a second on a slim Aspire battery. Between them they carry 3ml of liquid which is more than enough to get me to work and back. So this is what I use day to day.

Ps, Grey Haze are selling the Sigelei for under £40 with a free (decent) battery thrown in wink

Cotty, did the battery come free or was it extra? Going to get my Dad a new mod, probably a 30w istick, but if the sig comes with a free battery I'd be tempted by that due to being able to change the battery if it gets faulty.

Depends where you buy it from, you'll most likely have to buy it separately from most places.

Crap bought some Nautilus coils off Amazon, turns out they were fake. The ohm's were all over the place and didn't notice it. I think I have fried one of my istick's as it was reading 0.4ohm at one point 2.2ohm the next. Changed for one of my coils I had in reserve and its fine on my second istick, put it on the other all over the place, up and down. rage

Shouldn't be a problem for it! People put rebuildables on them. Go to vapercaper for new style coils.

Is it reading atomiser short? Mine was hunting for ohms then going lower & lower until it hit 0.0

Mine turned out to be a fault with the 510 pin, I took some pointed tweezers and gently pulled it up on each side then slid the rubber gromit back center underneath the pin. Been fine since

No its reading it up and down, I think it tried to fire at sub ohm and screwed it. I use the bending adapters, I have not touched the original 510 for at least a month.

Excellent wink I've still not touched any other set up since getting these. I've not tried the 0.5ohm head but have recoiled the 1.2 OCC head to a sub ohm build and also used the rba section with 0.6/0.7 ohm builds and they're no better than the 1.2 pre built head, just more power hungry!

I bought a pack of 5 x 1.2ohm OCC's from fasttech, not sure if they're genuine or not (haven't used any yet) but figured I'd need a few more OCC heads to rebuild at some point.

Big thumbs up for the service from Greyhaze smile

It should be ok mate, mines tried firing under 1.0ohms loads of times when the 510 was faulty. Cant really see it well here but the small o-ring/gromet under the pin is damaged on mine so moves around now and again then reads low ohms and then shorts out.

I use some pointy angled tweezers to gently prize the pin up slightly then move the rubber part back under and it's fine again. It's a PITA but this is my back up battery now so not too bothered. Have you tried the 50w version? It's very good wink

Just received my Kanger mini sub tank!

All I can say is wow!

I have the Atlantis sub tank already and this knocks it in to a cocked hat by quite some margin.

If you are looking to get in to sub-ohming and cant be bothered with the faf of making coils etc then this really is the daddy.

To say that I am impressed would be a serious understatement.

I thought I would try this, found the 510 covered in juice, cleaned it up and it work fine now.

Got a Derringer and Marquis clones from Fasttech today, the latter is a cracking bit of kit for the money, only stuck a single coil in to try it but very good indeed. The Derringer is just nuts for the size of it! Great taste and loads of vapour.
