You also have to bear in mind that if you have recently given up cigs and started vaping, that you are still getting your nicotine fix, but the body is withdrawing from all the other chemicals present in cigarettes. That'll take a couple of weeks or more to pass, and can be the cause of vivid dreams - as can overdosing on nicotine; if you find you are tremulous then chances are you're over doing the nicotine. Remember, vaping delivers nicotine more slowly than cigarettes, so it's easy to over do it without realising.
As for coughing, it's a wet inhale as opposed to a dry one, and propylene glycol can irritate the throat - some people can be allergic to it; higher vg liquid usually helps, but some equipment won't operate correctly with 80%+ liquid.

Anyone looking for a vape stand, these look quite reasonable. You know why I need one paperbag

I started on Monday and feel like crap! Weird dreams, sweats and a bit spaced out..

Is this normal?

Any advice welcome!

Many thanks.
Are you sure that you're using an e-cig and not one of those herbal vapourisers? hehe

Mess around with PG/VG mixes. I can't really do high PG anymore as it makes my chest tighten up. Higher VG you tend to lose out a little on the actual flavour but it often gives a far smoother vape.

Got a couple of Vermillion River bottles today, KY4 and Kentucky Premium blend.
Was expecting better from the reviews I read, both have a sort of toffee flavor which I find pretty sickly and for me do not taste anything like tobacco.
My search continues.

I fancied a change so just ordered a replacement tank for the Nautilus Mini
should look good with the straight drip tip I have coming

Picked this up from the post office tonight. Really nice bit of kit, feels very well made. It should provide a lot of protection to the glass while still allowing you to see the level of juice.

Although I really like the Nautilus mini in a Jules Verne/steampunk kind of a way this completely changes the look. Its slightly shorter and with the stubby straight drip tip I ordered its almost 10mm shorter in height.

Need some advice!

Whats the best box to buy at the moment?

Currently have an aspire mini tank and the 'carbon' battery but was looking for something a bit more powerful?

Also need some new coils as its starting to hurt the throat, so where's the best place to buy a box and some coils? May as well get some more juice as well!

Previously just had T-Juice red Astaire but keep reading about the VG/PG mix. No idea what the t-juice contains tbh but any pointers would be ace!

The istick 30w should suit your needs. You don't need 30w I rarely take my Nautilus above 10W. Myepack is very reliable and I buy most of my gear from them, only drawback is every delivery has to be signed for so if you are not at home you have a trip to the post office
http://myepack.co.uk/catalogsearch/result/?q=istic...

These are what you need for the Nautilus. 1.6 or 1.8 ohm does not really matter as you can change the voltage on the battery to suit your needs.

Another option would be the Aspire 30w that J8 SVG has just purchased as it seems to do the same thing but not tried one yet

From their site "Standard T-Juice mix: 80% Propylene Glycol/ 20% Vegetable Glycerine, natural and nature identical flavourings"
http://www.t-juice.com/shop/red-astaire/

Thats quite a high Propylene Glycol (PG) ratio, You say its hurting your throat, perhaps try some 50PG/50VG or as I prefer, a higher VG like 30PG/70VG. Apple Bobbin, The Govenator and Boiler Watter are what I vape on on a daily basis.

Nice tank Cotty, makes it look great.
Is there a way of rebuilding the coils on the Nautilus ? Or is it not worth the hassle.
Only asking as fancy one but have got so used to the just change the wick on the Naturevape and the fact that I am vaping some heavy coil killing stuff makes me not fancy buying a new coil weekly.

Not that I can see, if you are just using a Nautilus mini on it. Maybe longer between charges as it has a larger battery but you will get 2/3 days off the 30W. Not worth the extra weight and size.

Plus there have been a few reports of the 50W going wrong, including autofiring. Most recently I saw a post on Reddit showing one that had caught fire when being left on charge (not that that should happen in the first place!). There are a few devices you could pick up but if you're sticking with your Nautilus Mini and have no plans to change your atomizer, I'd back what Cotty says and get the istick or go for a Sigelei mini.

Cheap! Fasttech have them around £18 now!!!
Better battery life, 4400mah battery so last me a good day and half heavy use.
Goes down to 0.2ohms (although I never really build this low it's nice to have)
Charging cables on the sides So can be left upright changing/as passthrough
Feels nicer in the hand
Suits 22mm mods better as it's bigger!

Cons-
Pretty heavy vs the 30w
Bit bulky to carry around (I use mine at home/10w & 20w out and about)
Fire buttons a bit tempramental, fires then switches off for half second and goes again (very annoying!!)
Can switch off completely sometimes and won't power back up until it's pugged back in

I'm really happy with mine but will get the 30w tomorrow (payday) seems to tick all the boxes for me and battery life is still decent enough to get me a full days use smile

Gizmo arrived today, as you can see it is pretty small next to the 30w istick.
Finishing on it is excellent and am pretty chuffed.
The Naturevape mini is drinking the juice pretty rapidly on it have to say.

Be careful with the threading of the Naturevape Mini on the Gizmo. Also make sure to take it apart to clean it, the contact between your tank and the mod can get very, very gunky. I purchased a Gizmo when the first batch came out and my NV mini didn't last too long. Since then, I've not bothered using it but have just ordered a new tank from them as I feel like a bit of a bell blowing clouds outside work with my current set up.

Read this on FT's forum. Mines never felt too hot but I do use a decent charger/cable. Makes you wonder how many are using a cheap charger plus thin power cable....or just the usual reddit BS Only issued I've had is its switched off completely twice but I put it down to my Rose shorting, and the fire buttons a bit tempramental.

Its possible but not easy and not something I have gotten into. I find the coils last 2 or 3 weeks sometimes longer. I tend to change them when I like. £1.80 a coil every few weeks is miniscule compared the £8 a day I spent on cigs.

I have a Kanger Subtank mini but just use the 1.2ohm coils. It comes with a rebuildable deck but not messed about with it. you start needing ohm readers etc. Im not into that I just want to pop in a coil fill with juice and get on with it.

However I hear there are many people who say the threads on the Sigelei mini 30W are like butter and stay away. I leave the base attached and just unscrew the tank to top it up/change a coil.

Yes see what you are saying, am getting used to coil building as have the Kayfun3.1 so had to learn fast so bought all the gadgets to build coils.
Probably have too much time on my hands.
