Very surprised how much DIY juices change with maturing, my Tribeca clones have changed lots in 2 weeks and are now pretty good and very similar to the original one.

I would pay £20 just for the triton tank. I paid £29 brand new.

Got it from the vendor that was mentioned on the previous page.
Have been in touch with eleaf uk who say the UK vendor bought them from a chinese vendor so it has nothing to do with them.
According to eleaf Uk there are only 2 websites in the UK who are allowed to sell eleaf products.
So am I to assume that the rest of the UK websites selling eleaf products are being imported from chinese vendors and have no warranty ?

What is SOGA twing ?
Out of interest what were the two websites? EleafWorldUk is one i imagine? but whats the other?
Totally Wicked - who rebranded them as 'Curve'. Dr Vapour in Edinburgh are also authorised resellers.

I think I'd rather take my chances on ebay hehe

Looking online, I think I overpaid for it in the first place, which may be clouding my judgement on what it's worth.

TBH, if i don't get £40 plus postage I'd rather keep it incase I decide to try it out again (this is already my second attempt at vaping so there's a good chance I'll end up back)
£45 would be a more than fair price IMO. Apt username for going back on the stinks wink

Put a ni200 build in the UTA 2/Railbox last night - ni200 is a PITA to use compared to kanthal eh! I got .32mm/28awg tempered from Stealthvape, springy as hell - I twisted two lengths in my drill as recommended by Tubbyengineer in the video I linked previously; 9 wraps round a 3mm mandrel read 0.02 ohm eek I'd have struggled to fit much bigger on the deck tbh. However the Railbox reads 0.08 higher than my meter so came out at 0.1; spent some time heating and stretching the coil before I was happy, wicked and gave it a go. I don't think this dna40 clone chipset is very accurate as 290f is my ideal so far giving a lovely warm vape with plenty of vapour - so it works very well, just not at the temp I was expecting, hits temp in just over a second.

Rather impressed with my first foray in to temp limiting, it absolutely rinses the battery though! Got half a dozen, so no big deal.

I've agreed to sell it to Twing if I do get rid, I just need to check that I have indeed got all the bits and there's nothing missing, I was supposed to check this morning before I went out, completely forgot, will check once I'm home though.

I've got a Atlantis 2 tank going that I just can't get on with, if anyone wants it for a small fee and postage. Only had one tank pulled through it, I'll keep the spare coils as they fit the new Triton that I'll try next.
One thing it has taught me is I don't like large diameter drip tips, I suppose they are lung hit types I much prefer the mouth to lung hit from the mini nautilus pen type tip. I don't think the triton tip looks much bigger and certainly smaller than the Atlantis.

The triton tank used a standard 510 drit tip so you can swap it for pretty much anything you like

Last time I tried listing ecig related items on ebay I received a message saying they were banned?

Plenty listed on there at the minute.

You can't sell anything that contains tobacco or nicotine, I think.

The ESP lettering started to scratch off (I'm not careful with it, it gets chucked in the spare change pocket too often) so I 'helped it on it's way'. I think it's a marked improvement

New set of wire arriving today to experiment with some different coils in my RDA - love my sigelei at home, miss it when I'm at work!

I've decided it's time to move into the world of temp control, so have just ordered a Sigelei 75w, a couple of batteries and a subtank mini v2 with some ni coils from myepack.

I nearly hit the buy button on exactly that last night but decided to wait and see what people's opinions are on temp control gear before buying anything. Seems hit and miss and I don't want to end up where I am now with a load of gear sitting in a box and just using 1 tank and 1 mod, rather spend a reasonable amount of cash and buy a known product

Totally agree but the early reviews do seem very positive. I gave my only other mod to a family member and wanted a second smaller device than my mvp 3 to take out and about, so my man maths added up.

I've yet to see a bad review of it - I had planned to buy it but it kept getting delayed, so bought a Railbox clone instead; the temp limiting is wildly inaccurate on the Railbox but does work, just not at the temperature I expected it too.
