Been Vaping for nearly a month and loving it! I have the ego c with CE4 cartomisers fitted (original ego c cartridges leaked).

What is now a good upgrade as I will be staying with vaping, needs to be as hassle free as my set up now but I quite fancy a bigger tank, nicer drip thingy etc.

Any recommendations?
Well, everyone likes different things it seems.

Personally, after trying lots of different things, I like a dual coil carto in a tank.

I also prefer an 18650 battery in a tube.

Right chaps

After my not great start due to getting shafted I am ready to try again

So let's say I am willing to spend £35 on getting going

I have a range of liquids already so what's best to get? A mate at work got a Riva kit from vapeescape which has the wadded cartomisers and he really likes it but I am looking for recommendations

The Riva kit comes with 2 batteries, 1 clearomiser, 5 cartomisers and a drip tip pretty good deal I think? Or would I be better self building something

Thanks for this - what is the refilling process? Currently I just fill the Clearomizer up and go.

First you have to prime the new carto with about 20 drops.

Then you simply push the carto down into the tank a few millimeters and top up from your juice bottle, it takes me seconds.

If you search Youtube for 'filling a dual coil tank' there are loads of vids.

Today is week 8 for me; went from 20 a day (Silk Cut Silver) to a Titan Tank system. I've consumed under 10ml of very low nicotine fluid (6mg) in those 8 weeks. Not had an atomiser stop working yet and only had to recharge the battery a handful of times.

I've got 6 fags sitting on the shelf and I've not been tempted once to have one. First few weeks were difficult and I don't recollect sleeping very much and wanting to eat everything.

Food tastes better, the house doesn't smell, my clothes don't smell and I've saved approaching £400 so I only have good things to say about ECigs...

i've been using my ego-t for about 3 months now but i still haven't found a liquid i like to use daily. i dont like the tobacco flavours. i liked the dekang apple but i can't find it in a lower nicotine level. i am currently on swedish fish which i like but its a little bit too sweet for a daily vape. can we start a list of what liquid everyone is using and a link where from, i need suggestions.
also where do you get the cases from that take the batteries like the one posted above? i've got an unlimited supply of batteries at work i could use.

I tend to get a lot of my liquid from Vapourworld, Dekang Juicy Peach is good.

http://vapourworld.co.uk/

Pink Spot liquids from Libert Flights are good too. A bit pricey but top a quality premium liquid from the USA.

http://www.liberty-flights.co.uk/category.asp?cate...

I find that if I get a liquid that is too sweet (like Dekang raspberry) then I mix about 25% menthol with it, works really well.

You can get those battery tubes from BritVapes:

I also struggled to find a flavour I could get on with. However I have now settled on this as a daily vape. 5 drops of American Red and then top up with Very Cherry( from Vapour Juice) into a tank. Lovely.

DV American Gold from Vaporjuice is awesome. Saying that, I prefer VG.

Side note; Interesting thread on E-Cig-Forums in relation to safety of silica wicks. I've just changed mine to cotton and the taste is soo much better. No liquid discolouration (is that the word?) either.

This thread made me quit smoking after 20years. Huge thanks to all responsible biggrin.

My brother swears by Thug Juice from Alba Vapours and he gets it in the low 8mg strength. He finds the Swedish Fish a bit too sweet too, but the Thug Juice is a subtle blend of fruit juices with a hint of menthol - sounds weird but he loves it and vapes it all day long.

For those skycigging, don't pay to chuck away the cartomisers at £10 a week or whatever. The end cap comes off and you can drip liquid into the cotton wool, saturating it while being careful to not get any in the central tube. I picked up 30ml of 'H&B' juice from Steve at http://www.electronic-eliquid.co.uk, it'll last a month apparently and it's just the job.

woohoo it arrived today currently toking on some Apple from Vapeescape that came with the kit

Running the L/R clearomisers and you do get a throat hit maybe a bit too much for my tastes but I will see am going to order some of the V3's as they are rebuild able

With regard to the apple e liquid but the taste isn't quite strong enough for me so may try some dekang apple as well

You could try some juice from VapourJuiceUK http://www.vapourjuice.co.uk/

He does a liquid mix option of 50/50 PG/VG. PG for 'thoat hit' VG for vapour, so maybe less 'throat hit' if that's what you'd prefer.

I recommend his Northern Lights Premium Raspberry, very nice.

His prices are good and post free,

Cheers looks like he has some nice flavours are they strong? What I am finding with all the ones I have so far is that you get a hint of flavour but not huge amounts I want more flavour smile

Try Vapourworld, they do some 'intense' flavours i.e double strength

Example:
