I currently use a Vype, and it is quite good. I thought I would give a 'proper' E cig a go so I ordered a TECC curve 2, a couple of liquids and 2 spare atomisers. All in £32

1st impressions, were very weird, no resistance and like sucking up a straw, closed off the air supply and its good!

But the liquid, god it nearly made me puke, It is titan watermelon. I bought this as I had tried it before in a friends. I am not too sure if I had done something wrong, but it was rank. After a few cleans I have moved onto Coca-Cola, better but still not great.

I did go into a local shop and asked what the most popular was, It appears to be Blueberry, got some and it is good but very sweet, and since I have added different liquids everything has a tint of Blueberry.

What brands are recommended?

Moved from a 20w eleaf with mini nautilus to a 50w with an Atlantis 2 last week. Really happy with it, but I've gone through 3 coils in a few days - surely that's not right?!

I'm using a 50/50 vg/pg mix at the moment (Digbys Oriental Plunder) - could that have something to do with it or do you reckon I've just been unlucky with it so far?

Currently enjoying Boiler Watter. Also have been enjoying Boggart's Breath, Little Moscow and Ee Bah Humbug. Not sure about the Gunpowder. Haven't tried the Sabden Snout yet. All in 3mg, which I've been on for about a week. Once I get fully used to that, I'm going to start buying 0mg and 3mg and mixing them.

Talking of leaking...

Finally decided to go for a subox after nearly a year of the naut mini.
Arrived Yesterdy and all fine, today's not very good.

Standard coil 1.6 at around 15w and its leaking quite bad from the air holes and bottom of the tank.
Not sure if I'm doing anything wrong or anyone else has this problem.

I find my black subtank mini needs to be screwed together tighter than my silver one to avoid leaks.

I have three Kanger subtank mini's and they have been fine for weeks. Suddenly they have started leaking out the air holes. Maybe its the newer coils letting the juice leak down.

My subtank has never leaked but my subtank mini did, I bought some aftermarket replacement seals because i fancied black ones biggrin, Ensured that the RBA deck is dead tight and it has been fine ever since, I really do rate the Kangertech stuff, Excellent quality for the money.

Sounds good. Where can you get the black rubbers from?

Had a quick read and people are saying the vertical coils do leak hmm

Wife's first words were what the hell is that, then followed by it looks a bit 80s in black and red

Mine does that if I over drip the coil or let it run dry of juice.

Just bought a subtank plus for holidays, it's fking huuuuge! How does it compare to the mini cloud-wise? Two great big air holes in it, anyone use the plus?

Haven't tried it yet bud, it's not too big to carry around, holds 7ml of juice so ideal for holidays

smile Just wondered, been seeing plenty people lately with big setups vaping outside and am wondering if its becoming a fashion or a statement.
Big tank is handy, have to fill the Kayfun4 twice a day, luckily it can be top filled so no big deal but my out and about one is bottom filled so a bit of a pain.

I think it is neither. Personally I take out the gear that works for me.

Anyone tried the istick temp control?

Missus finally wants to give vaping a try, want her to have temp control, but she doesn't like the size and heft of the sx mini. Seeing as you all seemed to love the regular istick it seems like it's worth a punt - especially at 35 notes...

Had one of the early batches that got into the UK, it was faulty as were a number of others in the same batch.
Great size as its the same size as the 30w, nothing more to say about it as I sent it back however if I was you I would do some more research and make sure the faults have been rectified before you get one.
