Well I'm very stuck now...

My 2nd new subox arrived with a new fully charged battery...

It didn't like to be charged so after 2 days went flat, went local vape shop they confirmed it was a gonna.
Lg new battery so I tried charging through computer usb as thought my plug usb might be a bad one,
same again flat within a day...

Subtank fitted on old eleaf battery and I'm getting low atomiser, grr.

What coil have you got in the Subtank? Also, what eleaf mod are you using?

So... Subbox mini, or a temperature control device like the evic vtc mini? Both a real good price on Gearbest?
or a little bit more for the Aspire pegasus?

Don't forget the Subox mini is the full kit, tank and mod. If you go for the Aspire pegasus you will need to add a tank. Although I like the idea of the charging dock.

Yup, I have a lemo 2 tank and istick at the mo, and a couple of drippers, but the battery on the istick wont hold a charge. I seem to get a burnt taste with the lemo after just one tank I can buy pre-made coils for the lemo in Ni for 99p for 2 - ongoing costs are a concern too.

Just started DIY'ing juice and have made a corker on my second batch (first was a write off smile).

I'd you like your sweet custards:

70/30 vg heavy,
3mg nicotine (72%, pg base)
10% French vanilla creme (The flavour apprentice),
10% French vanilla (capella)
5% caramel (the flavour apprentice).

Steeped for 4 days and just shaken occasionally and its flipping lovely. Think its getting sweeter as it steeps, but that is a good thing for me smile

Where do you guys all buy your DIY juice supplies from?
I bought my VG and PG from Klassikool, nicotine from Dark Star. Lubrisolve are supposedly excellent value for all three, you might have to phone them direct though.

The Ecig store do flavourings cheaply, 30ml of Capella for a fiver; I also use JustVape247 and Chef's Vapour for flavours.

Knocked another batch of clone Cuttwood's unicorn milk up today, 350ml - that's the second batch and It's probably cost £65 for 700ml of liquid.

Recipe here http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/255064/INTERNAL... I mix at 60vg/40pg and do it in 350ml batches at it makes the numbers work easier - It's had rave reviews from everyone who has tried it, and easy to do. I start on the flavourings in order of the recipe, stirring as I go, then PG, Vg and finally nicotine. Get a handheld food mixer (or if like me you could only find the blades and not the mixer, use your cordless drill biggrin ) Leave to settle for half an hour as it takes on a head like Guinness, light stir and bottle - steep for at least a week, the longer the better. Change the sweet strawberry for some other fruit to create a variation on the base.

I got an IPV D2 on Friday, just under £31 - seriously impressed with it! 75w, TC, absolutely bomb proof build quality despite being quite industrial in design - silicone sleeve makes it very tactile though, and is utterly solid in the hand (ooer). Really accurate resistance reading compared to my meter, and feels as if it's giving more oomph compared to my Koopor with the same atty and power level selected. I'm going to get another I'm so impressed.

Ni200 is a PITA to work with, Titanium not so much but has to used with caution when dry firing - NiFe30 wire seems to be the latest vogue wire for TC, slightly higher resistance than Ni200, but as easy to work with as kanthal. I'm getting great results with titanium at the moment, cracking vape.

I'm wanting to try some new 'premium' flavours - can anyone recommend me any decent websites for 15/30ml bottles or any specific flavours? I prefer fruity stuff most of the time.

I bored of Snake Oil and various Vampire Vape, El Diablo and Colonel Boom's stuff.

Cheers

Thanks Cotty, I'll check their site out later.

When I said premium, I just meant decent quality - not the cheap crap that you find in petrol stations and pound shops!

Noticed that these are all 70 VG/30 PG Mix. Will this be ok in a Nautilus Mini on the end of a 20w Eleaf iStick?

Yep no problem. I used to use them in my Nautilus. I used to put 100% VG though them with no problem.

Nice one, thanks. Some of their flavours (Apple Bobbin for example) sound pretty good so I think I'll place an order later.

I've heard people mention Boiler Watter before but not sure if I like the sound of that one.

Any other decent UK producers worth trying?

I like Apple Bobbin and going to crack out a bottle soon as it reminds me of Christmas.

I have some tasting notes knocking around, ill try and find them as the descriptions on the site are a bit cryptic.
