Did anyone get the Smoant Knight from NatureVape?
I read about it on here, so maybe someone did.
Might buy one this evening if anyone can confirm they are good.

I ordered one last night. It looks great and should also protect your tank. I found it on a Chinese site that worked out at the same price as NV but also includes the tank pictured. It'll be two weeks until I can provide any feedback though!

It's really funny with these juices, what one really likes another might hate. LSC stuff was ok but I think I only really got on with 3 or 4 flavours, couple of which were really nice but I haven't bought any of their new stuff.

What flavours do you prefer? Maybe we can recommend some (again 50/50 if you'll like them though)

Will be interesting to see how things go next year with this TPD bks, I think most of the eliquid firms we use will be forced to close if they have to apply for each liquid in every nic strength.....that's a LOT of money!!!!! Ridiculous.

I'm getting some premixed 6mg base from here then start mixing my own (just add your % flavour concentrate to this as its already mixed with the VG/PG ratio you ask for) saves a bit of hassle trying to get the ratio bang on.

http://www.juicecabin.com/e-cig-base-liquids/100-p...

Then get the concentrates from here:

http://www.cloudhousevapor.com/diy/diy-flavors/mou...

I wonder if there'll be a loophole so the juice vendors can sell their liquids as pre mixed flavour concentrates only so no nicotine, then you just mix a big bottle yourself and let it steep a couple weeks. Always a way around it smile

Hi all,

Ive been "vaping" whilst still smoking (somewhat reduced) and currently get my juice from vape club which seem a tad expensive.

I did manage a full month off the fags but after a very stressful period I resorted back to the horrid fags.

I like cool, minty / menthol juices such as Heisenberg by vampire vape, red Astaire by t juice and various ones I mix in to add menthol or taste.

Can anyone recommend a good place to buy from and flavours / strengths that are suitable?

I use a Kangertech nano and 0.5 ohm coil at around 30W

Kraken do some nice menthol(y) juices like Crystal Menth, Dire Wolf Bite (sort of fruits of the forest with menthol) and Shade (my all time fave juice)

If you want to blow your socks off with a really clean strong menthol, try HALO Sub Zero. It's mental stuff, I suppose it's similar to Malbro Ice Blast fags smile You can also mix sub zero with some other juices to give a menthol hit but one or two drops is enough for me.

Mount Baker make a few, take a look on cloudhousevapour (I think they're in France) they sell packs of 5 juices for a decent price so you can stock up on 5x 20/30/50ml bottles for around £50. Hawk sauce, Faux Hawk, Jungle Juice, Thug Juice are all nice. There's also Extreme Ice but found it more of a wintergreen flavour and too strong.

Digbys sell Moriya's mix but again it's too strong for me and only use it if I get vapers tongue (where you can't taste anything) a few ml of this sorts me out!!

A nice cheap menthol, try Liqua Menthol, pretty nice but I tried their 'Mints' and want keen.

Well worth giving one pound eliquid Heisenberg a go, I prefer this to VV Heisenberg, they sell it in high VG which I prefer but the normal ones also nice and well worth a quid!! (vaping it as I type!)

Yeah to be fair I know what flavours I like, it just winds me up when juices are flavourless as was my experience with LSC. I am loving the Heisenberg still and the Boulevard I got from Wick Liquor. I prefer juices that are packed with flavour so will likely stick with these, I'll see how the VapeGoo is but at £10 for 90ml was always happy to take a punt rather than have huge expectations.

However, popped into a local vape shop on the way home and picked up Decoded Davinci Code Butter Pecan Brûlée. And it's bloody marvellous! Think it's a bit steep at £17 for 30ml but it's ten times the juice of the three above.
This for me too, the davinci decoded is just amazing, but pretty expensive. Been vaping a few years, tried loads of flavours and this is just incredible.

Can't afford it as an ADV, so i use sleekit crunch most of the time. £15 for 100ml, and it;s pretty damn good. just started trying sleekit creamery today and quite liking that too.

I did try sleekit yogi, but really didnt get on with it, so slinging that in the bin.

Tried three but only really liked the lemon custard and that wasn't great. The others were vapable but wouldn't buy them again. But cant complain for £15 for 100ml.

As I said earlier, I have tried various recommendations from this thread over the months/years. Taste is clearly subjective and never tasted anything that I have been wax lyrical about. That said, I have found that I have pretty much stuck with just one flavour now for a few years in Heisenberg and although occasionally I feel a change might be nice, I do so and then never enjoy the replacement flavour so hence I return. Interestingly, many people in bars that have tried my Heisenberg have gone straight out and bought some.

Even when I have tried shops and tasted various bits I haven't found anything that I particularly enjoy as an alternative. I've pretty much resigned myself to being a one flavour person and no bad thing so long as it keeps my real smoking down to the same level as I have enjoyed for the past few years. I certainly think now if I were to desire to try something else I would do so by visiting a shop rather than taking a punt online as too many of those have been binned. The only shop ones that I have binned have been "emergency" purchases where I was out and had to buy something in haste.

I did the same - Fastech for £27 odd - might take a fortnight to get here - but I'm cool with that. I'm happy with my Aspire Clieto tank, so I'll stick with that.

Heisenberg is my current go to, not just because I like the flavour but the depth and strength of flavour you get. I will try some Pinkman in my next order in the hope its of a similar level. My local vape shop in Canterbury is set up very well to let you try the liquids and the Boulevard I got from them whilst being perhaps an acquired taste (very fruity with grapefruit tones) does have that same depth of flavour (you almost chew it on the way out) so I think I will just stick with them from now on as although the price is slightly higher than online I reckon if you worked it out with the duff ones you can get from buying blind it would soon even out

Anyone heard of Union Vape? http://unionvape.co.uk/

Seems far too cheap to be true - I thought Sleekit was cheap

I've tried it a few times. I usually do the 5 30ml bottles for £40 or whatever Vampire Vape do and have thrown a Pinkman in as a change a couple of times.

It's quite fruity as the name suggests. Not horrible, but nothing like Heisenberg and shouldn't really be compared despite being from the same brand. It's pleasant enough as something of a change but unless you really need a change..

I'll keep an eye for that offer and maybe chuck one in, does it have the same quality feel as Heisenberg though? I.e nice and gloopy and full of flavour (even if that flavour isn't to your taste)

Surely the viscosity just reflects the different ratios of PG and VG?

I would have initially thought this but I have had a few 70/30's with some appearing to be thicker than others

Temperature makes a big difference, in my experience. The flavourings can't make up much of the volume, surely?
