Well, well, well. There has been a lot of large talk since I was last here. Seems like my OP has ruffled the feathers of the usual cum gullets. Let me just clarify something with regard to my topic and post. Firstly it was not a trolling attempt however I did add a touch of troll in the wording of said post, largely to get the knobheads piping up with 'free country' and ''pretentious so and so....' etc etc. The scruffy neighbour debacle is indeed real. Although it doesn't bother me too much, I do get irritated when I see the fat b  d just f king about when he could take his porky digits from his empty pockets (sorry, I'm laying it on again aren't I?) and fix his window. Looks like a squatters house. Anyway I'm off to feed the horses before I retire with a brandy to the games room. Farewell my brothers, I'll be back over the weekend with some pics of said house so you can see what I'm on about.

I actually agree with the points made by the OP but I think he posted them in the wrong topic. They should have gone in the "Things that annoy you beyond reason" thread. In my experience, these so called scruffy neighbours are like this not because they have a lack of cash or have fallen upon hard times, it's more to do with the fact that they're generally lazy f ks. There is also the chance that the neighbour could be suffering from some sort of mental health disorder such as depression, hoarding, etc.

Most scruffy bloke I've met (worked with) is also the richest: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clive_Calder Second most scruffy and second richest is a neighbour who has 16 garages. Neither bother me. ETA.. just clocked: both South African.
