I give you 'Travis Barker' - the drummer out of the Rock band 'Blink 182.'
These tattoos are all definitely real - I saw them at the O2 a few weeks back, and the guy was topless with all these tats on show.
He obviously thinks it's cool - hmmm, I don't!
I doubt he got them done for your benefit. These tattoos are all definitely real - I saw them at the O2 a few weeks back, and the guy was topless with all these tats on show.

If anyone reads zombie boys back story - he has led a very different life to most people!
He has made an enourmous amount of money by daring to be different.
...<snip>...
He's also had a very tragic life, anyone who decides they want to look like a bubblegum wrapper has a problem like it or not.He has made an enourmous amount of money by daring to be different.

Also if you want to see more of that, justgo and look at the forced MS13 (insert any other latin gang) prostitutes in prison, if you ever visit they will ask for foundation and lots of it because they look normal but underneath their faces are tattooed in ownership
This is the truth: impressionable young people like the music, look at dheads like this with his camera-glare,hat and tatts and want to be like him.
So we now have kids wandering around wearing beanie hats when it's far too hot and covered in dark blue ink because they want other people to think they're cool.
Sad joke of it is the guy above must be late 30s.

I remember reading on a forum about a guy who had opted to tatoo his (almost) entire hands and then couldnt understand why it might make it harder for him to get employed.
There's a guy in bedford with his face all covered ,he used to be in the papers regularly moaning he couldn't get a job .moron .Mojooo said:

I have tattoos on my hands, (not entirely covering them admittedly), and I'm a senior engineer on multi-million pound projects. Maybe it's because I come from a military background where tattoos are commonplace, but it's never affected my career. goldblum said:

I see that as a different type / scenario or respect due.Not sure I quite can explain it, but there you go.
I shudder at the amount of Neck tattoos that are generally on display these days.
Just being a fairly normal office worker, I made sure that my tattoos aren't visible in normal works attire - I know that some peoples prejudices would cause problems. I'd love to have a full sleeve done, but my career takes priority.
Perennial argument. If I was hiring customer facing staff there is no way I would have someone with visible tattoos, as it distracts from how you want to present the company, the customer might feel negatively about it and consequently the company overall, and like it or not it is generally associated with scratters. Yes there are nice ones, yes there are non-scum that have them, but it's like the george cross. You see it and you think of hooligans. That and tattoos seem to be far more common than they should be amongst the fat. My missus (who is very much not fat or scum!) has 3 tattoos, all small and well-hidden and they look nice. Tattoo your neck, lower arms, hands, legs, upper chest or arms if you're a woman then you know what you're getting into!! It's not like it isn't obvious you are permanently drawing on your body. You aren't doing it just for you, you are doing it for everyone else too. You want to project something about yourself. That isn't always going to be seen how you want it to be, and yet you do it anyway. It isn't like being discriminated against for being black or disabled, you did it through choice... and most of the time it looks really st to boot.
I once heard someone liken getting a tattoo as similar to if you had taken the decision in the 70s to only wear flares for the rest of your life.

The only flaw to that is that it is nothing like the same.Tattoos don't come in and out of fashion so you are never suddenly going to look around and realise you look ridiculous for having one.
Agree that its the permenancy of them which makes them a bizarre thing to do in my eyes.
Anything I have ever bought or owned, or wore, I get bored of after a period of time.
SO if I buy a painting I will put it on the wall and really like it, and then after I have seen it daily for a month it will just become an irrelevance.
So to permanently etch myself with what will definitely be an irrelevance after a period of time, I just can't imagine.
