Can't help but keep watching that over and over.
By my rough timings he's probably less than two seconds away from it being very life changing.

I was thinking why not just stay there, but from looking into it (not the comments) they tend to have two locos either end, and they have a hefty low level 'plough' like attachment at the front that almost certainly would have sliced him.

Would have got him at the start of the train too, in that case. I think he was simply bored of being under there!
