A mechanic friend of mine went to attend a car that wouldn't start, the owner had spotted that the car was low on oil and had filled it.

All the way up to the filler cap!

You can't animate a jpeg, the format doesn't support it, the filename doesn't really matter so you've probably just seen gifs with a .jpg extension.
