They interviewed him afterwards and he didn't seem too worried - said he was expecting to get tackled hard, just not from from behind. Was probably more concerned about the 2 year ban from the stadium anyway. They had an 'internal investigation' and released a statement saying it was justified, given the risk of drunken pitch invaders becoming violent if not apprehended as quickly as possible.

We don't have the same claims culture bks that some countries do...

I hate the claims culture as much as the next guy, but I think the tackle was disproportionate to the threat a naked man posed.
Then again, streakers are never treated lightly so I suppose if you choose to do that, you should be aware of the risks.
