im no jogger, but the angel at which she has to lean over would cause strain on the back after a while.

I suspect that you would use much more energy pushing into the treadmill to drive the rear than you would just by running. up hill must be a night mare

I can see no benefits over a scooter or a pushbike to be honest. But it is quite a nifty idea.
