Fat soluble vitamins are a bigger concern in overdose, there aren't any in Berocca so I reckon you'd be fine. Actually, I think you'd be something of a hero, definitely worth doing.

When I am in a loading phase on Creatin it makes my piss frothy

I also use Sainsburys revive which makes it range

So on certain days I have bright orange frothy piss biggrin

It tastes considerably better than the supermarket efforts.

The supermarket ones have exactly the same amount ov every vitamin in too - surely they are made by the same people, just with a cheaper flavouring in?
