I have just made myself a Pot Noodle, but this one didn't have the sachet inside it!!  Never seen that before. And that is about as exciting as my day is going to get.

Wilton was fun. Good to see you Mark, Russ, and your compatriots also! I shall allow you to make my ears bleed at the next meet, Mark! However I have a bone to pick with the weather forecasters. I nipped back home after 2 minutes driving as I suddently thought that wellies would be prudent; now I'm sunburnt! Who wants to rub cream on me?

Male gymnasts are quite easy on the eye, aren't they? I am developing quite an interest in the Olympics. Lycra is also a great invention.
