Front Right, Wallet, Change.
Front Left, Phone, Fags, Lighter.
Rear Right, Keys.
If it's a suit Phone goes in the inside left jacket pocket, money clip in the right (I don't carry a wallet when wearing a suit, try to avoid keys too) change in the front right trouser pocket.
If it's work then Notebook/pens/sharpie/torch etc in the breast pocket, shifter/screwdrivers etc in the right thigh pocket, rags and gloves and other crap in the back pockets, main pockets are usually full of nuts and bolts, cable ties, Insulation tape and all sorts of other crap

For me its phone and headphones in front left pocket, wallet, keys and a pen in the right and paper in the back. Unless I'm at work then its knife and keys instead of wallet

Front right: Phone
Front left: Wallet and car key
Back left: Change
Back right: House keys
Sitting on my keys and change has never really bothered me.

There always seems to be a 50mm Turbogold screw in one of my pockets.
I pick it up and think "don't want the kids to find it and do anything dangerous", whereupon I get in the car or bend down to pick something else up and skewer myself in the upper thigh or groin with it.

Don't put anything in my back pockets but feel naked without anything in my front pockets jeans or otherwise.
Front left - wallet/change
Front right keys, or phone but not together

Front right - phone Front left - car keys and house keys Back right - wallet, and if I am wearing a jacket this goes in the inside pocket Actually, come to think of it, sitting down with a wallet in the back pocket is usually quite uncomfortable. I sometimes put it in my front left pocket in such situations. And those that carry loose change, does that not go in the wallet?  My god, I really shouldn't give a f k about this
