Mobile phone must go in right hand side trouser pocket. A tissue must always be present, and in the left pocket. Wallet in the back right pocket.
Any other combination feels completely wrong.

'phone + keys in left pocket cards + change + notes in right pocket
If it is cold season hankie will go in left pocket to protect the 'phone from being scratched by the keys, which for some reason does not bother me in summer.

I refuse to divulge this information lest there be any pickpockets reading. But never keep anything in your back pocket you wouldn't be happy to sit on.

Left - Keys, change and wallet
Right - phone only but only because I'm paranoid about it getting scratched.
Back pockets - occasionally bank notes or other random crap.
Dunno how anyone can keep a wallet in their back pocket, isn't it uncomfortable when you sit down? (also theoretically easier to pick pocket).

Phone on left, wallet and coins on right.
Why would you do anything else?
The phone and wallet need to be in seperate pockets to balance, and the change needs to go in the pocket the phone isn't in (avoids scratches).
Nothing can go in the back pockets because you sit them and it would annoy you (princess and the pea style).

Feel naked without my wallet in my back pocket, and it's never uncomfortable. Keys, loose change go in either of my front pockets, so I'm always rattling around outside the house to get back in, as I never know where my house keys are.
