Only tie that would go IMO is a plain purple one. Would not wear a floral shirt for a wedding though. Plain white with an interesting/colourful tie. Edit to add re: tie, by interesting I do not mean novelty or comedy. Not funny and you will look like a bell. Current season of M&S ties (sartorial range) are actually very nice, decent quality and worth a look (£20-30 each).

That collar looks too soft for a tie, but if it's got to be that shirt then a plain purple tie will do, preferably shiny to stand out against the pattern on the shirt.
