I hate those sorts of friends. He has a point. Evenin' Z. Rest assured we are not one of those couples, those couples I hate. Jane is interested in dating so it's not me thinking "ohhh she has to have somebody" Unfortunately she is of the opinion that all men are freaks and wierdos (dating success ratio has not been a good one) so after discussion the thought was taken to try a different tact. Internet prescreening

Internet prescreening That or "try women"... She might be advised of the concept that people over 30 are up to any two of the following: Single. Attractive. Sane. It also helps not to think you are a 9 if you're a 6 and are therefore perhaps expecting a little too much from one's prospective partners... Also, point her in the direction of the Match thread - all volumes - to gain some valuable insight into the perils, pitfalls and plusses of internet dating.
