As per this?

Baggy trousers, grubby t-shirt and braces required. BFG optional hehe
well, i'm more keen to see what outfit someone might pair with them, out and about in 2016 than as part of some kind of Aliens cosplay fancy dress!

Docs rock. I posted a lovely pair of high heeled DM shoes earlier in this thread which caused a minor storm in a teacup. hehe

BTW AshB, tell your wife, those Louboutins are lovely! cloud9

KG, if one is a half size would one go up or down?
Not that I'm tempted by 15% newbie offer, plus a bit of cashback scratchchin

I would steer clear of KG brand shoes. Read lots of things about them falling apart, glued on soles, etc.

The 25% deal works on the other brands on their website. Barkers, Church, Crockett & Jones, Jeffery West. Many models in these ranges have half sizes.

Offer ends midnight tonight by the way

Blimey. You're hardly going to wear those, are you? I wouldn't like to put a value on something so ludicrously expensive. Are these the grail in your collection, or is there something even more precious?

Undecided if will be worn yet but probably sparingly. They are the rarest I own and only know of one pair when less made which are the Paris 1/20's

Chaps, please don't take this as a dig but I have the feeling of 'Beanie Babies' when I hear talk of limited edition Adidas trainers?? Are (or were) Adidas really making limited edition runs of as little as 20 or 50 pairs in specific styles?

Is the market that big and robust? I honestly have learned something - every day is a school day as the saying goes.....

The limited sneaker market paid for a lot of my m3 a few years back.
I know a guy who made something like 75k off Nike SB Paris dunks. Insane game but ruined now by Chinese kids and their parents infinite money. Rooms full of yeezys.

Here's a pic of some of my collection a while back: http://ashburrows.tumblr.com/post/30346096370/the-...

Now my treasured sneaker is my Rick Owens pony fur geobaskets. Which won't be to anyone's taste on this forum haha.

They do although not very often. These are part of the collectors project from a few years back. Where 6 of the most famous adidas collectors in the world got to design there own pair to be released, each of these was only produced in 50 pairs (as far as I am aware only 22 of this model was sold the rest would of been given to people at Adidas, the person who designed them and friends etc)

The Paris 1/20 was released to do with Size? Opening its first shop in Paris they released 20 pairs all indervidually numbered and people queue'd about 3 days to get them, they fetch about £1000 each now although I only know one person who actually has worn them. Also one collector in the groups I am in has 4 of the 20 pairs now.

Also other special released include the NG72's which were designed by Noel Gallagher who is also a big adidas fan and are limited to 200 pairs. There normally fetch about £750 or over £1000 if signed by him which a few pairs was. Obviously most pairs are just normal release etc so don't really command value but there is certainly a lot of rare ones about aswell to be had

Never got on with Adidas for comfort, so I purposely don't buy Adidas trainers.

This thread has been eye opening!

Picked up my Jeffrey West Novikov Dexter Chelsea boots today.

They recommended half a size smaller than usual in this last, and I always thought my other JW's were just slightly big. They're just a little tight across the front of my foot. But hoping they'll break in and be just right.

Slightly darker in real life.

Love these but wouldn't be able to leave that carpet for fear of wrecking the soles.
