Jeffery west shoes are the business. Used to buy all my work shoes from there and they do last for years and still look good. I have probably got about four pairs for wearing with a suit and will have to get some other non work ones.
They certainly are, only problem is I can't stop myself buying some whenever I walked into their shops/factory. Cheap they aint! Finally got my first pair of brogues:
And some of the same make slip ons; TBH they'll probably be used mostly as slippers.
Rarely need properly smart shoes these days. A pair of Church classic black shoes still do the job when needed. I am a nerd about polishing them.

Some of these about to be ordered - my current Fellcross are on their last legs:
