I have a pair and they're lovely - darker tan than your option so less 'hello!', beautifully finished and extremely comfortable.
Very nice but dare I ask the price? I tended to go for the Barkers because they can be had for about 200 notes, I dread to think how much the C&J are, 400?http://www.crockettandjones.com/product/clifford-t...

Shoes are one of the few things I don't set a budget on as it's a false economy. I've pairs from 25 years ago that still look as good as new.

Its the same issue I was faced with, so I got black, navy and blue !
I prefer the samba with the fatter part at the front, but they are all proper classics, no other trainers for me thank you.
Where did you get them? I wanted to replace my old Sambas that look like your pictures but on the Addidas site they have some strange brown soleI prefer the samba with the fatter part at the front, but they are all proper classics, no other trainers for me thank you.

Might go for a pair of Gazelle
Trainer wise - I've worn virtually nothing but Sambas the last 20 years, they are versatile, durable and I love the look.
