Looks ok to me, probably just been tried on in a shop somewhere. After a few wears, the other shoe will match!

What's the quality of the JW verses Barkers? I wasn't impressed with the styles in the JW factory shop, but that model looks nice. Double leather sole too?

Really? I felt it was a bit cheeky for £250 shoe to come with one side pre-creased!

To be honest very very similar. The barker leather actually feels a bit softer, but I don't know what burnishing does to it.

I don't know which pair to keep. All my other shoes are brogues, so that sways me toward the JW. But I really like the Barker design:

The JW is quite cool, it's called Deathmoth which I like for some reason and the toe is actually a 'deathmoth'.
