thanks! bought 3 more shirtsNo more good ideas please.....
Has anyone bought any J. FitzPatrick shoes? I'm after a new pair of Oxfords while I attempt to recon my Loakes.
They look pretty good and I've enjoyed his Shoe Snob blog but I'd rather be damn sure if I'm spending £300 on new shoes.
Here's a few of his Oxfords http://www.jfitzpatrickfootwear.com/collections/ox...

Justin is a nice guy having met him a few times when he was based on Savile Row. I saw his shoes when he first launched them but didnt find any to my liking. They looked good quality but cant comment on longevity They look pretty good and I've enjoyed his Shoe Snob blog but I'd rather be damn sure if I'm spending £300 on new shoes.

Shoes look nice enough, although the laces done like that don't help. As to your question, nothing makes my heart sink as much as being asked to guess something I have no way of ever being able to intelligently guess. My wife does it, and now you've done it. I have no fking idea. Just fking tell us FFS.
They were handmade in Hoi An in Vietnam. I chose the design and materials, the guy drew around my feet and I picked them up 24 hours later.
The cost, 900 000 VND or $40 or about £28. Bargain.

This.
The rubber soles will come off as they are not tacked on just glued.
Piss poor.
Not my experience so far, I've had the shoes for at least 18 months and boots for around 4, wear both for work so are worn regulaly. The rubber soles will come off as they are not tacked on just glued.
Piss poor.
Now I've said that they'll self destruct as I walk out the front door tomorrow
I've got a pair of Timberland Earthkeeper Chukka boots like these, had them for a few years now and they're great for general job jobbing, walking the dogs, going to the pub, day to day stuff etc.
I'm no looking to replace them and was wondering whether to buy the same again or look at something else. Tan, brown or grey colours only considered, any recommendations?

I've lost count the amount of times i've had to re glue them.
Happened on two other pairs i had after wearing them only a handful of times. Got a refund on those.
For cheap branded shoes they are ok. On a similar level to kurt geiger/office own brand.
