Locke design Fearnleys from Jones. My first aliases, and they feel very roomy and airy without feeling particularly over size. Wore hem out today and it's a strange feeling. Can't fault the but at size 11 they are a little tight in the peddle box of the c class.
There's something very odd about that picture.

Have you got each shoe on the correct foot?

I thought the same. Just a trick of the angle.

Sorry I'm not understanding much of this. What are "aliases" in this context and why have you, apparently knowingly, bought oversize shoes?

'Aliases' would appear to be 'Loakes' after some sort of autocorrect incident.
And as for knowingly buying oversize shoes, I ordered a pair of size 11, which is my size. They feel any without feeling over size.

I've got some loake bedales which feel slightly big. I'm normally 10, I think many people go down a half but I've got quite wide feet so I ordered my normal size. Mine do feel slightly chunky but as I got them online in a sale for a great price I'm sticking with them. Perhaps the sole is slightly different to what you're used to making them feel odd in your car?

Interesting. I seem to recall you previously ridiculing my (impeccable) shoe taste Mr. Blown2CV wink.

Anyway, as requested...

Edward Green Lowndes in Antique Burgundy (please ignore the G&Gs). Very comfy and extremely well finished.

I can't remember the instance but if I did it was the shoe, not the man!

When my sister used to live in Leyton I always popped into the TK Maxx there and managed to bag all sorts of bargains but the best were a pair of 7 For All Mankind jeans for £30 and a Stone Island trench coat for about £70/£75 which actually had an RRP of £550.

Most of the stores only get one big delivery a week and it's usually the same day, the one in Brixton is a Wednesday so it's worth a visit on the Thursday once all the new stock is out smile
Any pics of the trench coat brabus
Even if you get a picture of the trench coat it means nothing, TKMaxx turn over stock very quick, so a trench coat that was there when Brabus bought, is highly unlikely that you will find the same coat.

I got a William Hunt peacoat jacket for £50, not sure if its the going rate (label said £300) but I don't believe the RRP all the time, the fit was good, so bought it.

Also got an Odermark cashmere trench coat, again it was around the £70 mark (label reckoned £500), and never seen the style that cheap (mainly about £150), fit was right and looked good so got it... All I know about Odermark is that they are german, but everyone thinks the coat is very nice and Im always being asked where I go it from as other people would like to get on.

Can anyone recommend some insoles for making formal shoes more comfortable?

I don't normally need these, but I have an exhibition coming up and I will spend the week on my feet and the soles of my feet were killing me last time.

My shoes are fairly snug fitting so the insoles would have to be fairly low profile.

Any ideas?

ETA: Quick polish up in preparation-

Any reason the fact they've been converted is desirable? Are the zips crap or what? At a glance it seems like one of their more unique elements has been removed, which I suppose is fair enough if you're planning to wear them?

if the whole point of buying them is to keep them in the box, and they're a special edition anyway, why would you lace them up like all the other ones in the collection? Also they look all wrinkly, sure they're genuine?

Loake 528 deck shoes from the Herring sale. I know not everyone likes a deck shoe, but they suit me just fine for summer and shorts.

Excuse my ignorance, but they appear to be very poorly made and not particularly stylish. What's the attraction?
