On cock, didn't notice that. There goes my good deed for the day out of the window!
Triads still has them in a near complete size range: http://www.triads.co.uk/triads-mens-c1/footwear-c2...gizlaroc said:
I have Monarch in Denim Blue, Brown Leather, Brown Suede, stone nubuck/suede (can't tell) and Navy.
Archie is pretty much the same.
I am a fan.
I just bought a pair of Torre, which has a toe cap and looks a bit more rugged/distressed. They are even more comfy.

You don't stock the Archie do you? I'd like a pair in blue suede or tan suede.
^^^ surprisingly not!
I've been after some new Lacoste 'tennis style' trainers, and the local shoe and sports shops have been rubbish. Last evening I found a new Lacoste store on the outskirts of town and they had exactly what I was after. However, being that I'd just spent rather a lot of money on 2 new suits and 2 pairs of TH chinos, I didn't think it wise to buy trainers too.
... *cool starry bra, etc. I'll get them soon enough before my next very long business trip.

Adidas München Spezials. The quality of these is fantastic, blue version out in 2/3 weeks
What's the story with these Japanese Münchens? Why did they exist in the first place? In my head the München looked more like a Trimm-Trab. They're definitely not bad looking though: I'd considered picking up the blue versions when they released.Levin said:

Softening up 'quality' shoes
So I've spent around £700 on three pairs of shoes on the back of this thread.
1 work pair get worn 3 or 4 days each week, the other two (leisure/smart) much less often.
When I do wear them they can be bloody uncomfortable when walking, the crease across the front digs into big toes and I'm currently sporting 2 big blisters. Bit annoying considering they are supposed the be 'premium'
I use shoe trees and apply cream regularly. Anything else I can do? I know they should be a tight/snug/firm fit but if they are painful whats the point in having them? Even when buying the advisor gives no real help over buying a normal £40 pair of shoes.
p.s Still got a spare Seeadler shoe tree 42 available - Would suit size 9 wearer if anybody interested.

You could try some leather conditioner. You want something water based that penetrates deep into the leather. The two best products are Lexol leather condtioner and Bick4.
I do have one pair of Barkers that dig into the top of my toes when I walk. For future shoe purchases you might want to select a shoe design with more room in that area. The Barkers are the only shoes with this problem in my collection.
It should improve with wearing as the leather softens.
