I like them, nice neutral colour that can be dressed up or down.

Seeing as someone mentioned customs. Seen elsewhere and not purchased by me.

Not official in any way. And I'm not a Gucci type. But they look relatively tasteful. More so that Gucci's own trainers!

£370! eek You'd think they were knock off Adidas from the Market!

Tigers look great, as do the Hamburgs. I want the GoreTex Hamburgs but I can't find them in my size.

As for the Guccis. Loafers are all good, I have a pair smile But a Nike Hurache crossover and then a pair that look worse than something you see in Sports Direct, no thanks!

Those aren't tasteful at all. They look like poorly made snowboard footwear. Some Gucci stuff is "out there" but it always looks, and is, well made.

Hurraches look like that! laugh

As for the Gucci sneakers. £370 is utterly ridiculous! These aren't some hand made Italian Derbies!

Absolutely excellent pick up. The Milano is an all-time favourite.

I'm after ordering another pair of Hamburg in the Dublin c/w; I feel the first pair is just a bit too roomy for my liking. As a result they've not left the box since I bought them at the end of December.

Yea really like these and only a cheap pick up for £40 off eBay, not a fan of the Hamburgs so much now ruined em in my opinion with so many colours but each to there own

Saying that there is 2/3 colours I would get at the right price.

I've seen people saying they've been pretty thoroughly rinsed, and I can't really disagree. I think they look great in the Dublin colour scheme though and it'll be cheaper than hunting down a pair of Dublin (plus, I live in Ireland... which is all the justification I need). £40 for those Milano is a great price, I think I saw them on eBay funnily enough.

Yea way to many colours. Tbh one the Dublin c/w is one of the better ones although they are supposedly rereleasing the Dublin this year along with Manchesters

I know what you mean, but I still think they are a "proper" way into three stripe ownership over the Gazelle's that everyone looks to as the default choice (not that I have anything against Gazelle's, love the Indoors ones).

Just be glad they didn't start flogging London's to death like I thought they would after the JD Sports Limited Editions.

Three stripe ownership?? Am I missing something here because I thought Adidas trainers were pretty common?

They are but the 1000 or so pairs that arsenal owns are all limited edition runs

Which is absolutely fine.

However, describing buying a pair of Adidas as a way into three stripe ownership is a bit rich, especially considering that you'd be hard pushed to find many people who haven't owned a pair of 'three stripes' at some point in their lives.

It's not like buying your first Ferrari is it smile

Tend to agree. It's not so much a case of building up to affording them, or not knowing what they are, but more do you like them enough to buy them or not. They're reasonably accessible.
