Just started a new job, and should, results permitting, be graduating soon! My mum would like to buy me a congratulatory present, budget £80-100.
I've got everything I want really, so thought perhaps a nice pair of shoes, since I had been looking at Loakes recently, thinking they would be a nice treat to myself when I get my first pay packet... However, for £80-100, what would you get?
I spend some days a week on workshop floors measuring race cars in overalls and trainers, and some days in the office in trainers or shoes, black jeans and a smart-casual shirt. I could probably wear slippers in the office if I liked, but if I had nice shoes that worked well with jeans, i'd wear them alternate days.
I was thinking brown brogues but open to suggestions. I liked lots I saw on the Loake website so not fussy.

You may struggle getting the decent quality shoes at your budget, but the come up every now and again.

As vices go arsenal's isn't a bad one at all.I actually like them and will probably get a pair when my walsh's run out of steam.
