Bought some new Boss trainers for knocking about in, not expensive but smart enough. All bases covered with these 3 colours

Like them very much, and not just because they're not Adidas hehe
Ha

I like Adidas, gota pair for the gym but find any other time in my life I'm too old, I'm 33....
I had a pair of Hugo Boss trainers 10+ year ago. Awful things! Hurt my feet if I wore them all day, started to fall apart very quickly. No where near the level of Adidas, Nike or Reebok. All "looks" (and even then they weren't great) and no substance.

Anyway. Recently got these from Dune

They are comfy but they come up small. I'm kinda 10.5 or 11 depending on brand. But needed a 12 for these. Which is odd cause previous Dune items have been oversize.

Denim and cork anyone?
I imagine they are worn exclusively by men that are very fond of denim and cock.

If you go into a restaurant wearing them, do you get charged a corkage fee?

33 and too old for trainers, suppose I best start preparing to sell up then, who knows I maybe able to afford early retirement
Not too old for trainers! Just personally too old to go out for dinner in Adidas Trainers. I wear trainers daily

I think someone else bought these on here recently, so inspired me to get some too, especially as I found them for £120!

Loake Reading Brogue Boots, I'm hoping they will last longer than the similar style Oliver Sweeney boots a bought almost exactly a year ago, and to be honest have worn really badly!

Pulled these out from the wardrobe. Impulse purchase, not worn in over a decade.

From the past experience, they don't last nowhere as long as say, Converse - soles fall apart in no time...

I've got loads of Evisu jeans from about 10 years ago, back when I was only a 32 waist, sadly in my portly old age they don't fit any more.

But there is nothing wrong with them, and can't bring my self to get rid of them.

Someone told me that Vintage Evisu jeans go for good money on eBay, so knowing,my luck they will probably be worth about. 23.5p!

Thanks I've brought them out tonight to the pub to break them in, apologies for the clash with the Miller and Carter bar carpet!

My boots have returned following a Cheaney refurbishment and are as comfortable as a comfy thing.

Note to self: the fresh leather soles are lethal at the moment smile

Yep only on a Wednesday, I get to enjoy a swift pint early as I have to take Tom to his tutor for his trumpet.

It's only 15 mins from home, but I have to wait for him whilst having his lesson, and it happens to be very conveniently located directly across the road from one of our local milller and carters!

Well that's my excuse for being in the pub at 17:15 every Wednesday anyway! wink
