You're aware the thread title is, "Show us your new shoes." Not, "Show us the shoes you're taking down the charity shop as soon as it re-opens after the bank holiday weekend"?
Indeed. Some of those are well past their prime and due for the skip.

I had a pair of these in 1994 when I lived in America, purchased from the Reebok outlet store at Tuscola, Illinois for a mere $30.

Now they've just been re-released and I had to get another pair in exchange for one hundred and thirty pounds stirling. I've not worn them yet as I'm struggling to find when or where I might wear them so they're still in their box, a fortnight on.

You won't like them, but I don't care. They're certainly an acquired taste.

Any recommendations for a shoe care kit - I know I can buy brushes & polishes separately, but would like them in a case - something similar to this which is what I'm leaning towards at moment...

Are you some kind of Shaolin monk?

Not keen on those at all but that's just a taste difference.

In an effort to be slightly more positive, they're unlikely to give you blisters.

There, how's that? Better? smile

Moreover you'll be able to get them on and off all by yourself.
