That colours hideous but the Air Max 90 is one of the most comfy shoes I have owned. Ive always got at least the one pair for just knocking about in.

While we're on the subject of hideous yellow plastic shoes... I bought these on the basis that if I only wear them to play badminton barely anyone will see me in them.


And not far off on the hideous scale we have these...


Finding plain white trainers I like is a bit of an issue at the moment. And I grudge paying more than £40 for trainers anyway, so at £62 for the two pairs it's not the worst.

What are the uppers made out of, they look like a solid plastic rather than a stretchy mesh?

I was genuinely intrigued by the construction of those yellow Air Max trainers.

A bit of googling reveals they are one piece patent leather. Interesting make up, but I'll stick with my brown oxfords.

Okay, the answer for anyone similarly afflicted is this. Heat the offending area with a hair dryer and give the leather a good thumbing to soften / stretch it. Problem solved.

Yes mine arrived with the note, albeit I ordered two days before the cut off. I took it back to regent street with the aim of a refund, and somehow ended up buying a replacement suit (for more money) and a second suit. She was very pretty though.
