They look like something that comes from the little catalogue you get in Sunday newspapers. Probably found next to the tartan double slipper.Edited by 13m on Thursday 7th July 21:56

The much vaunted austerity brogue.
I particularly like the Beaulieu model and it's nice to see someone posting Northampton's finest.
You seem to have bought quite a lot lately. Any more plans or is that it (for now )?
Thanks that's enough of shoes for me now. It should last me awhile although another pair of EG or Gaziano & Gerling would be a nice addition. I particularly like the Beaulieu model and it's nice to see someone posting Northampton's finest.

I've checked online and fair play to you but well over a thousand dollars (I live in the US) for a pair of shoes? Don't get me wrong I spank a lot of money on stuff that could be considered first world and that, that's some bar my friend.I have a suit very similar to this http://www.moss.co.uk/ted-baker-tailored-fit-grey-...
I normally have black shoes for work when i need to ware it. But going to a wedding next week what colour shoes can i ware.
I was thinking Chocolate or oxblood.

Those are close (but no cigar) to my next intended.
Something to cross the divide between shoe and trainer.
At the moment I'm veering toward Skechers range, does anyone have other suggestions? They need to be size 13.
Puma used to do a vintage range which you might be able to get dead stock in your size. eBay search puma dassler.Something to cross the divide between shoe and trainer.

The Clarkes wearers on here will hate these but these are what I usually wear as a casual trainer/shoe
Cole Haan with a Nike air sole. Super comfy. Best paired with a pair of tesco jeans and Axminster carpet
