Really? I am not sure on the different colour blues at the front?

They are also to similar to the 350's I just bought.

The soon to be released Stockholm look nice!!

As do the red and white 350's will get these if I cannot get the red athens (I am a liverpool fan btw)
I want the Stockholm as well but I've seen that image a thousand times without hearing a release date.
I heard that they were pulled from release because Adidas were not happy with the quality, however, it looks like they may now have changed their mind.
Great info thanks, they poped up on social media this week so presumed they were being released!
Shame!!
I had these about 6 months ago and the other reverse colour but got rid of them in a swap deal if I remember rightly.... might look at getting another pair when they are out... apart from that I will be getting the new Manchester MRN, Red Athens and maybe a couple of general release depending what sales I can find on Black Friday..... oh and the Koln of they are out December
They're being released on 16th November on sneakersnstuff:

http://www.sneakersnstuff.com/en/774/adidas-origin...

I'll be getting both if I can. And Koln as well!

I hated these at first, but after a while I now love them......

Another thought, apart from the Barker's mentioned above is Solovair. They have the DM style of sole and do a brogue. English made as well. There is also the Dr Marten branded ones but think they are made overseas somewhere.
I was fishing around the web to try and find some Solovair brogues this morning... I thought they might be good for out and about town in the winter.

Not the style I'm after but these looked great value so I thought I'd share. £85:

Those look perfect for when one goes out bus spotting.

Bought these Justin Reece boots yesterday at the NEC Classic Car Show (of all places..), beautifully made and a decent price too.

Goaty Bill, could you repost the link that leads to how to polish/maintain one's leather shoes please.

I like them. Presumably one doesn't have to wait for an annual motoring event to be able to buy them?

Excellent thank you.

Erm, I'm actually a bit scared to wear them in the current clime.
I shall be spending a week in a castle next week, so I reckon I'll try whazzing around that in them. All safely oiled and waxed of course. biggrin
I now have quite a selection of leather treating goods. biggrin

Not the greatest pic

Geox. Scored at TK Maxx for £40 today

Also Clarks Tor boots and Ralph Lauren deck shoes, no pics of those though.

The Clarks boots are excellent quality Black leather boots. Similar to old Jarrow walk type boots.

Are the ones you have the style with a zip? I'm not keen on them, but some of the others are OK. I'll see what Madame deG thinks before ordering any!

After-note. Do the sizes come up as 'normal', or have you had to size up or down?

Looks to me as though there is a zip on the inner side of the shoe which would explain the facings closing up on an oxford.

I assume they do function but don't need to so could always remain closed?

As an aside David Beckham commissioned some (non-functioning) button boots from a well known London shoemaker which used a zip as he is too lazy has better things to do than unbutton and button his footwear.

Seems a shame, I quite like the idea of using a button hook.

Like I said, not the style I wanted. To me they look like uniform shoes. I've never owned a pair of Dr. Martens but over the years a few people have said they are comfortable.

I thought some of these might be good slush puppies.
