Polish Roulette:

Bought five cans of foreign lager.

Dropped one on the floor of the shop.

No way of knowing which one it is.

One of five will give me a lager shower. But which one?

Okocim. It kind of did the "drop and roll".

I'm sure it'll be fine.

Put the can down, tap it on the top, this will stop it spurting everywhere!

Just got back from Tesco.

Walked past a homeless guy, "Any spare change?" "Haven't got any on me mate, sorry".

Honest answer, but I felt a bit harsh walking back with a bag full of food bought by card.

Bloody iphones

Crap battery life and when the fker goes totally flat you can't just plug it in and use while charging.....oo no, have to wait a fortnight for it to decide to come back to life. Progress eh.

Until beggars start accepting Chip 'n' PIN, they've got to accept the fact that we don't all walk around with pockets full of pound coins.

It is not the end of the world though, is it? I left mine off when the battery went half-way through a day. I plugged it in about four hours later and I waited less than five minutes and it was up and running again. Just bare in mind it does not turn on at 1%, but restarts at 5% - hence why you wait a little bit. Maybe your charger is broke, and you need to replacement.

That may have ruined your little rant though, to which I appologize. getmecoat

Very true, they're still stuck in the Dark Ages of Chips 'n' Gin.

I get the same pang of guilt when coming out of the Sainsbury's Local with a bag-full of shopping and Mr "Spare Us Some Change Guv" starts his spiel.

Fact is, we're a less cash-based society these days.

Thats a bit harsh lol

So just the 4 brothers, 4 sisters in law, my 3 kids, 5 asstd nephews/nieces,about 8 cousins and the other halves and children so at least 20 of them, plus my parents, my OH's mum, her brothers and their kids plus all her cousins etc so that is getting on for a hundred people and you want them all to come and stay in my 3 bed semi? I dont even think we have enough floor space for all the sleeping bags biggrin

Oh, it's the bit where her gay friend is pretending to be her partner and charming all of her friends and starting a big chorus rendition of Dionne Warwick's "I Say A Little Prayer".

OMG, it's like totes amazeballs.

Not bigging myself up atall, but whenever I see a beggar outside and I only have card, I go and buy a reduced sandwich (say 55p) and give it to him, makes his bloody day. plus I know he cant spend that on booze or drugs now. win win.
