Brands that aren't chavvy in the slightest.
Discussion
I really think it all depends on context regarding 'fashion' labels.
I wear a lot of Ralph Lauren, but I'm sure it is also worn by the wrong types of people. My girlfriend loves her bags (Chanel, LV, Prada etc) but each and every one of these will be seen worn by the wrong types of people, or the brand will be diluted by cheap knock offs.
Conforming to the OP's post though, I would say...
Church's
Mulberry
Gant
IWC
JLC
Caterham?

Really?
Haven't worn any Paul Smith in over twenty years, and always thought it was a pretty cool brand, has it really gone that way then?
These days I only ever see the type of mid 40's early 50's blokes with a moustache, 30 a day fag habit and a bad attitude wearing them out on the piss to watch football when "looking for skirt".Haven't worn any Paul Smith in over twenty years, and always thought it was a pretty cool brand, has it really gone that way then?
A highly specific bit of stereotyping based almost purely on my experiences in Swansea and Aberystwyth, but this is still indicative that in these areas Paul Smith is a prevalently chav brand.

Sadly, as has been noted, when something gets seen as aspirational, the wrong element take it up. Haven't worn any Paul Smith in over twenty years, and always thought it was a pretty cool brand, has it really gone that way then?
It's nicely made stuff, but as soon as you see the foetal staff in a Foxtons slithering around in it you know the shark has been well and truly jumped.

Maserati
If we can class nouveau riche Russians as chav then I think Maserati is chav too.Put it this way - you can't buy Maserati trainers, can you?
I certainly don't think it's anywhere near as chavvy as Bentley, which is irretrievably footballer/lottery-winner these days in a way that Rolls-Royce isn't.
Pretty much all wealthy Russians are nouveau-riche unless their first name is Tsar, so tastes must vary somewhat, but I reckon the chavvy Russian nouveau chariot of choice is the Range Rover Sport.
