I'm from the UK originally. It's still my favourite place in the world bar none. So much so that since living here, we come back every single year more or less. In fact we've just booked 10 days on the Norfolk Broads, next year !

Beach holidays ain't my thing, which is kind of ironic considering where I live hehe

My office has tinted glass so even during the day if its a little grey outside it looks properly dark frown

There is around 20 metres of grass and a few trees then another 'leg' of the block facing it.

We are thinking of turning the patch of grass in between into a unicorn sanctuary.

I don't mind swapping.

Pretty sure if I lived there I wouldn't be thinking of anywhere else.

One from the office last year when some students (If I recall correctly) were complaining about some stuff and marched below us in central London.

And one from the house last winter.

I believe Eric Cartman said it best:

'Dear you guys. Words cannot express how much I hate you guys. As we fight our way northward into the great unknown, only that one thing remains certain: that I hate you guys with every tired muscle in my confederate body. We have taken Topeka and I must rally the men onward to Missoura. Because I will not stop until we have won it all, and you guys are my slaves. Because I hate you guys. I hate you guys so very very much. Yours, General Cartman Lee.'

View from the living room -

View from my old desk, only Morecambe, but the view on a clear day over the bay and the Lake District was breathtaking.
