I like Christmas, but IDGAF how long away it is. When it's a week to go to vacation time I'll probably take note and think about some presents. Mostly those I'll buy for myself wink

I love Christmas,

I do not love the 3 months of hype leading up to it that put you out of the mood by mid November and only lets you back in about December 20th.
I USED to love Christmas but the 1/4 of a year build up just does my head in so I'm not really bothered by it these days (nice to have a few days off with all my mates back home from uni etc though smile )

Christmas is only good if you have a significant other to spend it with. Otherwise it's a complete load of bks.

I fking hate it. I refuse to go to any family members and have done the last 4 years.
In quite happy spending it watching tv on my own.

I challenge myself every year to come up with the most anti Christmas meal j can. Last year was fish fingers chips and beans.

Yes, I'm a moody bd and will die alone.

I love Christmas, a great time to see the family, catch up, enjoy one anthers company and enjoy the holidays.

I don't love the commercialisation as others have mentioned. IMO its too early to advertise christmas stuff (had a CD advert with christmas related songs on the other day!). I like to wait till December to start my countdown smile

To answer two earlier questions; with a pretty much singular exception, yes and unless I'm going away somewhere, also yes.

I like christmas. For the last 7 years I've been oncall on christmas day so no beer for me but I go to my parents house and my partner goes to hers with the dogs. I normally fall out with my Aunt and my Grandad always waits until everyone else opens their presents before taking forever to open his but I like it. My brother is normally offshore and sadly the Christmas group is becoming smaller but there is just something about it I like.

I like going and picking out a christmas tree and hoping that it'll be a white christmas.

I don't like the commercialisation of it though..

I just received an email from Waitrose asking if I want to reserve my turkey.

I think they've made the baby Jesus cry.
