I've seen a few (in Japan), they seem quite contented for tramps, very neat cardboard box sleeping rooms (about the same size as the capsule hotels!) they even put their shoes outside to keep the usual tradition of no shoes in the house. Discarded food from convenience stores keep them quite well fed too.

They could still do with a shower and a shave though.

I could jokingly throw in politics, but I would not insult you so extremely to suggest that you espoused that any statesman on the right wing had no intelligence. That would be beyond absurd.
Ok, scratch mine I've found one!

A Right Winger with more than an ounce of intelligence.

Or even worth as a human being.

They must exist, but I am yet to meet one.
Even the thickest on the right would be able to tell you that intelligence cannot be measured by its mass. That'd be silly.

When I was little, we found a baby wood pigeon that had fallen out of the nest.
My dad helped us to raise it, but then made us release it when it was adult. frown

Pigeon is delicious.

Also, why would he think that an animal raised in captivity would have the necessary skills to get by in the big bad world? It probably died the next day.

Sorry. frown

I think the truth is important though.

ETA - birds tend to operate on instinct rather than on learned behaviours.
It lived - we saw it around.
