New Teaspoon Advice Please
Discussion
Have you actually seen the interview though? It's about as convincing as when David Copperfield walked through the Great Wall. 1970's rubbish, and IMO was responsible for the awful, chintzy housewives hobby of the early 80's.
Krupp was damaged for a long time by that little stunt. No doubt if you can get THE ACTUAL instrument from the interview, then you'll have an appreciating curio, but personally, Krupps of that era are somewhat tainted. Earlier, say pre '69, or later (such as the fantastic, contemporary units with the Yasin shaft) would be a more satisfying long-term buy - and you wouldn't have to follow every unravelling of the spoon with the explanation of why it's so important to you.
Oh, and "read the ripples"... As if any true 'pooner believes that old claptrap...

Spotted these pre-war beauties on eBay.
Owning all 6 would be greedy, anyone want to do a group buy?

I've seen that set for sale before. There's an interesting and quite humourous story about the bent one if anyone would like to hear it?Owning all 6 would be greedy, anyone want to do a group buy?

Just working on a few new moves for the 2016/17 stirring season, all behind closed doors away from prying eyes.
I assume you've read the new regulations?Personally I find it hard to understand how the Teaspoon Rules Committee could have come up with such a convoluted set of 'guidelines'.

Hard to tell from those pictures, aren't they tablespoon size?
I may be interested.
Most definitely teaspoon size..individual materials include pewter, silver, onyx and. other materials. Sadly, some of the other and more "modern" constructions from 1952 were later found to be radioactive due to the use of rare alloys and are no longer included in collections, (although I know of an ex-USAF general who does keep the complete set as a warning) and has a lead-lined container in his bunker.I may be interested.
Well, I had suspicions I was "among friends" in this thread and this very morning, when seeking out a copy of Yannes' latest tome, I had those suspicions FIRMLY confirmed by the associated purchases at our old friend Amazon:

Well done, chaps. Well. Done. I also see that some of you have been active in the reviews.

I did write a review on a spoon about 4 years ago - it attracted quite a few comments:

Leading them up the garden path like that is inexcusable. Why didn't you tell them it was a left handed spoon, you swine?http://www.amazon.co.uk/review/R26WHJ9MVWVCIN/ref=...

"Whether it be Eichmann's egg spoon or the large soup blower of Grand Admiral Karl Doenitz, there is a nazi spoon for everyone within these pages..."
Have you seen the frequently bought together for this?
