Nope, the old wooden ones.
They are all on the boat at the mo, so couldn't tell you the size.
Mum lives in France, so we picked them up cheap. Excellent blade in my experience.

Edit to add:
I'm telling porkies, got one here. It's a number 9.
Ah. Look good: click.

I've got two, a Spyderco Tenatious that lives in my toolbox and this, an Enzo BK75 iirc. It's D2 steel and seems very good!

Oh hell yeah. As someone who both fiddles with cars and has Busse, Sog and various customs knives in his gunsafe, those give me a proper little moment in my underwear yes

OOo a knife thread.

My daily user : Was a plain Buck knife but I changed the scales from plastic to some remains of a Moose antler I had lying around.

As nice as they are I'd be careful of my hand slipping down the blade.
I've got a nice arrow shaped scar from plastic surgery to repair a cut nerve on my finger (which was unsuccessful) after my hand slipped down the blade ( or just don't use them in a stabbing motion as i did)

Since I first saw a Kershaw 'speedsafe' assisted opening mechanism, I always fancied getting one to play with.

The stainless steel Kershaw Zing came up on Massdrop, so I decided it was time to get one.

Fun little mechanism.

I missed this thread the first time round and clicked in expecting some Globals and Henckels and Japenese stuff that people cook with. PH didn't disappoint to be full of EDC and 'tactical' knives. rofl

Entirely calm dude. I think you need to re-take that tactical psy-ops course.

It used to be that a pocket knife was an essential item that a man carried with him. You had your wallet, your keys, and your trusty pocket knife.

Dunno about speedsafe, but I have a Böker Magnum knife that has what appears to be identical 'assisted' operation.

Found it: click
