Nope never dated someone famous, but my Mrs and I are friends with a VERY famous Hungarian actress, model etc....

If I had to compare her to someone in the UK in terms of how famous she is, I would say Kelly Brook famous and just as gorgeous!!

guesses are welcome but will not be confirmed!
It's Dora Venter isn't it?

PS - do not google at work or in front of your mum....

I always thought she was fit as a butchers dog....I "met" her a couple of years ago when a friend of hers was thinking of buying our house and she came round. You wouldn't give her a second look now walking down the street.

This isn't a dating story, so apologies if it isn't quite what the thread demands...

But I went out with a few mates for Christmas drinks recently, and there were a few people in the party that I hadn't met before.

There was one couple in particular, of whom the bloke was interesting because he loved his cars. His girlfriend however, was one of those women who was absolutely, classically the epitome of beautiful...she was in my 'quickly-formed' opinion, just captivating in every way, and gave you her full attention when talking, kinda making you feel like you were the most important person in the room? I think I fell in love with her between minutes 10 and 15 biggrin

I also had this slight 'Deja Vu' thing going on....anyway after the pub, we all went for a curry, and as I chatted to her more, it was all getting like 'I'd known her for ages' kinda thing? But anyway, I didn't make a dick of myself - I was just happy to chat to a very beautiful, interesting lady for a while whilst I was out...

Anyway, two weeks later, I've just found out she's an actress who's been in one or two fairly prominent films, and lots of bit parts on TV. One of her latest films saw her having several scenes with Edward Norton in fact yikes

So I guess as an actress, she was also well-versed in conversing with people - which explains how I instantly felt so at ease and comfortable.

Anyway, was nice to spend time talking to a woman so gracious, lovely and interesting. She must rub shoulders with people far more elevated than me - but I felt like I was given the same level of attention and chat as anyone - which has made me happy this Christmas at least!
So who the hell was it you plonk?!

Kate Lawler?
Yup, she used to work in a recruitment firm in Bromley way back when.
Remember seeing her in a pub in Bromley just after she won, getting very upset that she didn't have a VIP area reserved for her.

About 30 years ago I used to go out with this lady, back then she was really hot...

You'll have to give us a clue?

Who is it, Sylvester Stallone?
Clue !! 007
George Lazenby?
If he smiles do you see a load of silver teeth?
Good grief you guys are useless. Anyway when I was going out with her it was her dad that was famous, he was called Cubby Broccoli, she is Barbara Broccoli, the current producer of the James Bond movies. I did not realise who she was until that first night in her apartment when I saw a pic of her sitting on Sean Connery’s knee

Only just seen this and clocked who that was straight away so you must be James Martin the TV chef then!hehe

He owns a Picasso and some Lowry originals that she gave him as presents!
I'd have dumped anyone who gave me an old Citroen people carrier as a present....
