Anything above 28" in a small living room and above 32" in a large living room is chav. Bigger screens should be in the cinema room.

I'd start with that bit around the waste treatment plant on the Wandle where a pleasant Thameside walk turns into an uninspiring trudge through a down-at-heel industrial estate and retail park. A fine interactive advertisement for the borough it may be, but I'm sure the job could be done just as efficiently by a sign saying "Visit Wandsworth! We've got a riverbed full of rusted-out junk!"

(Although that would mean losing the wonderful blue plaque that informs passers-by, "There was a canal boat here. But it sunk.")
