I sometimes wear baseball caps.

(for fly fishing - it keeps the sun out of my eyes, making fish spotting easier, and makes a tungsten beaded nymph to the back of the head somewhat less painful)

I have fitted louder exhaust and induction and a bit of fibreglass aero kit to a car with a four cylinder shopping car engine.

(2bular exhaust and TRD induction and a front splitter on the Elise. Negligible performance benefit, but no longer sounds like a sewing machine. So sue me.)

I have a large flat screen TV.

(Or it was when we bought it, six years ago. I expect it's respectably modest now)

Most days, I don't leave the house to go to work.

(I work from home)

It ends well though - in the GG thread on the new escort I realised the last time I saw her she was in a mk5 Escort and I was in my Lotus.

I'm terribly posh though. I could be the Laird of Govan.
I'll raise you a basement flat in Cessnock, I could be the Raj of Cessnock.

Christ, where to begin!?

I wear Stone Island. I wear Armani Jeans (j07). I love Adidas footwear. My car has a carbon grey wrap. I support West Ham and hold a season ticket. I love takeaways. I live in South London.

I am BrabusMog and appear to be a chav.

ETA - I also like blingy watches.

I used to drive a Saxo VTR, have owned a 'stanced' Mk2 Golf, and both of these cars had loud exhausts. To make things worse I currently drive an A3 with tinted windows... boxedin

You have to narrow 'South London' down a bit.

Anything above 28" in a small living room and above 32" in a large living room is chav. Bigger screens should be in the cinema room.

hehe I'd start with that bit around the waste treatment plant on the Wandle where a pleasant Thameside walk turns into an uninspiring trudge through a down-at-heel industrial estate and retail park. A fine interactive advertisement for the borough it may be, but I'm sure the job could be done just as efficiently by a sign saying "Visit Wandsworth! We've got a riverbed full of rusted-out junk!"

(Although that would mean losing the wonderful blue plaque that informs passers-by, "There was a canal boat here. But it sunk.")
