In that case, I am annoyed by the fact that today in B&Q when I bought some wood filler and what can only be described as a spatula, I had to have a member of staff verify that I was over 21. Because the spatula was described as a "filler knife".
Which of course has the word 'knife' on the description, so obviously very very dangerous.
I'm in the trade, and refuse to use that store anymore for anything. Screwfix, Magnet, Homebase and Local Hardware stores, Selco are much better.Which of course has the word 'knife' on the description, so obviously very very dangerous.

Running out of milk 15 minutes after the local shop shuts. Especially when you only need the milk because you dropped the last of it on the floor. And now not having a bedtime/breakfast cuppa unless I drive 8 miles to the 24hour garage. Son of a bh.
If you bought long life milk, you could keep an adequate supply in store and would never run out. That's what I do.

Fully grown adults on quiet roads who need to press the button to stop traffic at pedestrian crossings when there is a huge gap in traffic and they go and cross anyway before lights change. 10 seconds later when traffic is stopped for this nobdy using the thing , they are long gone on their way, usually zoomed into their mobile device. And i hit every red after that getting to work.

Costco do boxes of those little individual portions of long-life milk that you get in hotel rooms and the like. I find they work well for the occasional cup of tea (I take my coffee black but my tea white). Although it sounds like an expensive option, I find it less wasteful than opening a pint of milk only for most of it to go off and be thrown away.

whereas coffee whitener in tea is fine?
No. I would rather die of thirst, or try and suck moisture from sand. 226bhp said:
You can freeze milk for use in emergency situations, it tastes ok.
You have to ensure it thaws entirely, otherwise you get the first "unfreezings" which are highly creamy and delish. The last bit to thaw is always watery and tastes like that girly "white water" that office girls all have to lose weight while they then juck in to their grab-bags of diet M&M's.
