Not the best of pictures, but the BMW in lane 2 is stationary. Waiting to be let in.
By this point I had been sitting in traffic for 30 minutes.
What gives him the right?
What does a 38 tonne lorry do when he is approaching at 55 with nowhere to go???

You have to ask what gives him the right? He's in a German car a 3 series BMW no less, therefore he is very much more important than all the other peasants on the road. The shiney shoed, Burton suit wearing, Razzle in his briefcase, @UNT! By this point I had been sitting in traffic for 30 minutes.

Comparing our weather with somewhere usually warm. Saw the papers today "warmer than Monaco". All that really means is Monaco is going to be a bit chilly today so take a cardi.
And yet, when I hear this, I usually think "yes, but it's probably still nicer". I guess it depends on where you are at the time.Gassing Station | The Lounge | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
