Newly released Xbox One games that need a massive update before you get to play them.
Just popped in 'The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited' it now need a 15gb update. With no fast broadband in our village I might as well fk off out in the rain and walk the dog. grumpy
15gb. Bloody hell that's some update.
PC games are no different and it hacks me off no end. They must have some pretty poor developers if they can't get a bug free game out for the release date and require a 15Gb patch. a few Mb sure but Gb, thats just rediculous. Are you sure it wasn't additional content?
Its because the deadline for the game going gold (pressed onto discs) will be too tight for the project, so game ships unfinished effectively, you download the finished bit that they worked on for a further 6 weeks.

Because everyone has 100mb fibre nowadays.....what do you mean no!WeI do in our Silicone Valley Studio office.....
fk fk fk! Thought I had time for a couple of rounds at Battlefield Hardline before dinner. Oh No! 'This game needs a 1gb update'. irked

So you're saying that people have to agree with everything you say and aren't allowed to have a different opinion to yours?

When people get frustrated and inappropriate use of the word 'rape' for anything remotely not going my way.

Yes you Mr Mika, bugger off whence you came with your crappy, childish, repetitive lyrics.

My hotel room costs more for one night than a month's rent for a colleague.
I wouldn't be surprised if a night in a decent hotel in the UK costed more than a month's rent of a similar sized apartment.

I must admit that I don't usually listen to a whole album at one sitting, once I've heard 4 or 5 songs by the same artist in a row I've had enough and move on to something new for a while.

Foreigner tax.

Went to see the Taj Mahal at the weekend.

Cost for Sanjay Gupta? 20 rupees.
Cost for this white man? 750 rupees. Plus the associated 24/7 hassle from rickshaw drivers (who all conveniently had broken meters - that's 1000rupees sir), shop owners, tour guides, etc, and the groups of people wanting their photo taken with a white face. I should have started charging for it.

(Before anyone calls me racist, I'm nothing of the sort, but I'm blond haired and blue eyed and was getting as much attention as the fking great marble Wonder of the World.)
Quick solution wink

I only have very vague memories of it, but maybe a Google will throw something up. I do remember the Jester Timothy Claypole and Audrey Roberts off of Corrie in it though. I think moves were made to try and bring it back with newer actors in recent years...
